I love this tonic it's a great start to the day. I have it with lemon juice every morning and have noticed stronger, healthier hair and nails. Ive also noticed a difference in my joint & muscle pain particularly after playing sport.

I purchased this item as a girlfriend said she used for her daughters acne and had great results. Tried with my daughter but struggled to add to something that she she would drink. I decided to try for myself and the results were amazing. I had a fingernail that always cracked, it just seemed to grow out this way and I had this for over 30 years. Since taking this now healed, my nails are so strong and healthy, my eyes are glowing, thick luscious hair. Also my RA been really good too. Highly recommend, customer for life.

I have tried many MSM products, Superfeast is the best.The quality is outstanding, it dissolves easily, not like some crystal ones on the market. I only have to take a teaspoon not like other brands which I had to take over 2 teaspoons.My arthritis is non existent and the swelling on my thumb area has diminished.I have Heberden nodes on some of my fingers and have noticed that the one on my little finger is not nearly as painful if I bump it and I do believe it is getting smaller!I gave some to a friend who has really sore fingers at the end of the day and sometimes cannot sleep with the throbbing. I recently reintroduced MSM into my daily supplements and quickly questioned why I stopped taking it for a while! My joints all feel like they’ve been oiled …. no aches or pains! As a chef my working career has been great but pretty stressful on the body. I started an anti inflammatory diet and lifestyle which helped greatly but l was still in quite a bit of pain. I began to research additional supports and came across MSM.. my shoulder and elbows only occasionally twinge and my hips and thighs don’t feel like lve done a thousand squats…l can even do squats!! And without groaning 😂I like to dissolve a serve of schisandra in a dash of warm water add cold water and lemon then stir through the msm… lts a great way to get the system going first thing and the vitamin c from the lemon and schisandra increase the effectiveness. I have been taking MSM for about 3 months now and have noticed huge results in my skin. I am looking younger and I swear I have less wrinkles. I also notice when I don't take this now as my body will feel a little lethargic. The taste is something you need to get around but I find if I shot it followed by Vitamin C (as suggested on the label) then it is ok. Also with lemon juice works too. Love MSM :)
Msm is great and especially high standard and quality like Superfeast's. I have tried others before discovering Superfeast and this is a great formula.Of you take supplements it helps the assimilation potential. Mushrooms are high in B vitamins and MSM helps you absorb all B vitamins aswell as A C E amino acids selenium calcium and so much more. It also is a powerful anti-inflammatory. I absolutely adore this formula.I put a teaspoon of MSM in my morning smoothie along with Kakadu plum powder and Slippery Elm powder. It does not have an unpleasant taste at all.
I am taking deer antler, mason mushroom mix, MSM, and Schizandra, purchased from super feast and mixed together in a shaker and taken daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
