A better insole

This is a great replacement insole for athletic and casual footwear, very comfortable, decent arch. Easy to cut to size. Doesn’t have quite the same structural stiffness as Superfeet’s more orthotic-type lines (greens, blues, the adapt series, etc.) but if you don’t need that level of support, then these are huge upgrade over the generic flat foam things that come with most shoes. Great value.

Balanced support for running

I previously been wearing the orange inserts years ago & noticed right away how my pain & fatiguing has vanished. Now I have different shoes so I wore the orange but it didn't feel good on my the arch of my feet anymore, so I ordered the Flex hoping it would make a difference & for sure it has made a huge impact for my long restaurant busy days. Definitely recommend & most likely will buy another pair.

I cannot use them
20 September 2021

I have recently been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I bought these at the recommendation of my athletic family doctor, who uses these products herself for the same condition. I used the online tool to help me determine which set to buy. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I had no trouble following the instructions to cut them to size and inserted them into my new-ish shoes. The heels are thick enough that I feel like I'm walking on a slope and being pitched forward, to the point that it's intolerable. The arch support is far too much and is painful. I have an average arch and bought inserts accordingly, so perhaps the plantar fasciitis is the culprit there. But with that forward pitch, there's no way I could use these.

I walk 4 miles 6
15 November 2022

I walk 4 miles 6 days a week. This is my 2nd pair of flex. I like them. I think they provide more support in my Rykas. Still have toe foot issues from time to time. But better with flex support. Will continue to buy. They fit well for me.

Lacks Cushion
15 July 2023

I purchased these to for my tennis shoes to help with arch support and a toe injury. The arch support is good, and the inserts were easy to install. However, the cushioning is not very good. So, while my arches and toe feel better with these, the bottoms of my feet hurt very much do to the general lack of cushion. I have stopped using these for tennis and gone back to the insert that came with my tennis shoes.

Bought theses to help with balancing out my gait. I have a pretty gnarly fallen arch on my left foot and it was causing some hip and low back pain in my right side. Put these bad boys in my trainers and immediately felt the difference. Hip has been steadily getting better ever since. I also do thing to work on my balance and mobility, but these were very helpful on my road to recovery.

Not Impressed
31 October 2022

I purchased these to replace a pair of Berry insoles that I had for about 6 months, I liked the Berry insoles but did not love them. The Flex insoles offer absolutely no support. My knees were killing me after wearing them for two hours. After a week of knee pain I put my old Berry insoles back in my sneakers. These were a waste of money for me. I should have spent the extra money and bought another pair of Berry.

Not worth the price paid.
10 September 2023

The arch on these comes up far too close to my heel for it to be useful and actually makes them much more uncomfortable than no cushion at all.In addition to that, the area near the ball of my feet is also quite uncomfortable with these insoles after a long day of walking. I am unsure if this is due to the holes in the insoles or some other defect. All in all, not worth the money I paid for them and certainly worse than the original insoles that came with the shoes.

Very disappointed
18 November 2022

Unfortunately, these did not work for me. I took the test and was advised that FLEX was the best choice. I cut the insoles precisely cut to fit my new shoes. Although the mid part of my feet felt stable in the arch area, the height of the back portion of the insoles caused my foot to sit too high and therefore did not feel supported no matter how tightly I laced the shoes. I had high hopes.
