It was a pretty good deal with the keyboard except it doesn't have the pen holder and charger and I had to buy the pen charger and pen separately but it does have a lot of memory and runs fast and smoothly so far. I haven't had any problems running my software programs yet so that's good and the battery holds up pretty long. It a little bigger than I thought it would be but I'm getting used to it.

There is a massive difference between this Surface Pro and the previous version.Very good experience with the speed of processing, the improved graphics and the basic usability of the laptop. Very pleaaed with this upgrqde.

I bought this during black friday for my mom. She had an apple ipad that was going out and new ones arent cheap. After giving this to her for christmas and setting it up, I wish I got myself one.I love the tablet feature a lot and using the touch screen. Its also easy to setup thanks to microsoft accounts and sso between microsofts apps. Login using your app and you have access to restore settings and all the passwords and favorites on yoir browser and onedrive has all your files. Microsoft has a great product. I will ne getting myself a surface pro eventually. I love how versatile it is and especially the tablet design.I thouroughly recommend.

Picked this up on a whim during the Black Friday sale, and it’s an impressive piece of tech! Build quality is excellent, the screen is top-notch, and the battery life is the best I’ve experienced on a Windows device. My simple workflow (mostly Microsoft apps like Outlook and Excel) worked flawlessly, and even my wireless printers connected without a hitch.That said, I struggled to find a reason to keep it. For daily use, the Surface Laptop 7 suits me better, and as a tablet, it’s a bit too heavy to use comfortably. Ultimately, I returned it—but I’d love to have a reason to own one someday!
This is a Christmas gift for my college student to go to graduate school. He absolutely loves this Surface Pro with keyboard. He says he will never use another brand! I highly recommend this Surface Pro!
I'm a longtime fan of the Surface line. This one is sleek, lightweight, and fast. The unconventional screen dimensions can lead to some compatibility issues with older software, but anything from the past 15 years runs great.
I'm the most basic computer user. This will last me 10-15 years. I bought it for $1,000 after a $350 markdown. The same thing I did 15 years ago when I bought my previous computer. I had an amazing Surface Pro for work 10 years ago, and then I persuaded my wife to buy one 5 years ago (& she still loves it).
Best Buy experience was great as usual. Easy ordering, good price, easy pickup. But this is a product review. The Surface Pro 11 is a disappointment. The Windows 11 operating system no longer supports the ‘tablet’ mode. They offer some weak suggestions, such as remove the keyboard and change the orientation, but the true ‘dual’ functionality is basically gone. As well, there in no regular USB port, only USB -c . Now one needs to buy all new adapters to connect to external monitors, keyboards, etc. I’d prefer my Surface Pro 3 if it was still working!
great computer. i am enjoying its ease of use. Great for our non profit . has all the functions we need for daily duties. i would recommend this to anyone. its small, sleek and sturdy.
The machine is beautifully crafted and would be perfect if it worked correctly. Regrettably, I cannot use many programs on this PC because they are not compatible with the ARM QUALCOMM chip. For example, Google Drive, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, among others, are not supported. These applications are crucial for my business, and if they are unusable, I will be returning the device today. Make sure to check the compatibility for your specific needs. By the way, I used the built-in AI to rewrite this. I adore the Surface; it's just unfortunate that it doesn't meet my essential requirements.
