If I could give zero stars I would I bought this product 4 days ago and when I say it's on standby mode more then it actually doing its job! Change all the settings and it's still rubbish! Someone walks right past the camera no notification and if there is it's an hour later and no video evidence. My cat does a better job at notifying me of people in my yard!

While video was clear, it doesn't start recording until a person is about two metres from the camera. Sporadic recording and if someone walked quickly past the camera it would start recording after they had passed. After only two months it stopped working all together and won't reconnect. Waste of money!

Solar panel inadequate in winter. Device loses connection frequently although WiFi normally excellent. Works well when it works!
Looking for an over priced faux camera? Look no further, this useless piece of garbage is just a faux camera at best. Stays connected to wifi for 10 minutes then said disconnected. Been trying for months over and over again and same thing. I have six of them and not a single one will stay connected. When it does connect it doesn't even record. Literally the only time ive needed them to work they let me down.
This camera os sub-standard it when on it only picks up half the movements I.e. if a car drives in it won't detect ot going out. I would not recommend this camera to anyone. I am looking for a better brand . Very disappointed
The solar panel does not work so it does not charge the camera. I've had to plug it into a power point via extension cord. The camera cuts out and won't record or turns off and won't connect. I paid over $300 for this set. I'll never buy swann again, the only good thing is the picture and sound quality. But that's when it does work which is rare.
I I bought this camera and I've had it for about a year and a half constantly have to reset it after every storm almost completely quits working at below 32°. I've had to replace the solar panel once and I've had to bring it in to charge it several times I would highly recommend spending my money on a better product even if it cost a little bit more.
Unit goes off line anytime , internal antenna requires very high signal strength to connect , delay in imagery , SWAN app only allows one connection at a time , redirects have suspicious header packets and the level of encryption took 10 minutes to break ( not secure and a great backdoor into your network ( DANGEROUS ) no HTTPS streaming into other applications - really disappointed and tossing in the bin really not worth it / worth the risk - going back to a proper cabled CCTV system
Excellent product. Clear picture both day and night. Long battery life when solar panel is not attached and recharging is easy. Captures any movement and the ap is easy to use.
