Optimal size of capsules

Really love the small capsules! High quality product, with optimal dosage. I live in northern hemisphere, so you know I need my Vitamin D due to the lack of sun. Especially with my chronic autoimmune condition, my immunity just needs this boost. I did have confirmed deficiency, which I don't have anymore. On the days when I didn't get out much, or in the winter time I would take double dose. Great for your bones also. It doesn't have any taste which is really good.
