I needed lycopene but was turned off by all the prices till I found this little bottle. Surprised to see it was actually 60 soft gels inside, but just a smaller dose (20 mg) than the 40 mg that I was getting before. Good for traveling and you could always take 2 if you want more lycopene however, this is about the standard dose. Ingredients are just lycopene and what is needed to preserve it and complete the supplement. It is a good antioxidant that’s natural. The quality seems good. The size is small for easy swallowing.
