The base's construction with an aluminum core guarantees quick and even heating, and the 18/0 steel used is inherently a magnetizing material, so there was no need to create a separate induction structure at the bottom of the cooking pots. The exterior has a stylish satin finish, and the material does not warp, even under heavy use. The handles are robust and do not get hot when used on the stove (Note: Always use oven mitts for protection when using in the oven!). Oven Safe The steel pots and their tempered glass lids can withstand oven heat up to 260°C.
