Extremely nice skillet

This is a truly gorgeous skillet. It is well made and it cleans up remarkably well. Even stuck on fried spuds, etc. I ordered a lid for it too.

Frypan is perfect size

Works on my gas and induction cookers. I like the handle which tends to stay cooler than those I've had before.

High Quality and Easy Cleaning

The frying pan is durable, spacious, and easy to clean. It suits very well for frying most of the foods in oil, such as omelettes, fried rice, and burgers. However, we had less luck with cooking french fries. The potatoes would stick to the pan unless you deep fry them. Same struggle is with thin pancakes, which also stick and are difficult to flip. Nevertheless, we have been using the pan nearly every day for over a month now and are very satisfied with the quality of the product.

This is a nice pan but not that great for frying--everything sticks like glue to the bottom!
