This is my 3nd purchase of the same pan. I use the pan 1 to 2 times a day. I have had both the "regular" HD and the XD. Spend the extra money and get the XD, it is worth it. It is more durable and will last longer. Don't heat above 60% and use plastic. The very latest model have a much thicker bottom, which works well. Be aware, it does produce a little high pitch humming when used on an induction appliance. The previous model did not. Web site states it does not. It is wrong. The manual that come with the pan states that the pan will produce a hum. I know the pan is $150, however, you can see all the frustration of people buying pan after pan trying to find a "true & real" non-stick pan, this pan is truly non-stick. I cook eggs every day in it, with NO oil, and they don't stick for a couple of years. With this pan, I am going to be more careful with cleaning, utensils, and heat. All the best..

This skillet is fantastic. While I bought all new skillets 4 years ago when I acquired an induction range, the surface of this skillet is over the top. NOTHING sticks to it. There is very little grease splatter when cooking bacon and sausage. There is no need to add fats or oils unless you wish to for flavor because, again, NOTHING sticks to the surface. I wait until it is cool to clean it, it. Clean up is easy with a sponge and a little dish soap. Also, the bottom of this skillet seems to be designed with induction in mind -- it does a far better job of any other pot or skillet I have to spread heat evenly and quickly throughout the skillet surface. I will be buying more Swiss Diamond XD products!

I absolutely love this pan. Cooks my egg whites beautifully. I use no oil at all, due to my husband's heart condition and open-heart surgery. It's the best pan ever. Expensive but so worth it. Will purchase more from this line soon. Laura Golightly

Great non-stick pan. Food really doesn't stick even but it gets ruined easily so care of the pan is important.
I have used these for several decades with wonderful success and recently ordered these new ones.

I won't buy any other pans except Swiss Diamond. They are very easy to clean and nothing sticks to them. They are definitely well made.
