I was taking these Fish oil caps from the same brand but discovered these caps with the much higher strength (4 times), and I only need to take 3 caps instead of at least 7 caps, so I switched to this and very happy with the switch. These fish oil caps have improved my eye condition tremendously. My eyes used to suffer from inflammation and they were teary the whole day, but after taking these fish oil caps, my eyes are almost back to the old days, bright and shiny. :)
