Do you want to prevent yourself from getting Osteoporosis and low bone density? If you suffer from low bone density, Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, this product is for you. My sister-in-law’s second baby is now 4 months old, I noticed both my nephew who is almost three now and my baby niece are both having very strong neck and spine in very early months. She recommended me to take this supplement. I have also had approval from my obstetrician to take this throughout my pregnancy and after. The size of the tablet is pretty big and having to take three at once, it’s not a problem for me but every time my husband would look at me as if he’s the one who had to swallow them.

Swisse is a well-known brand and its quality is above average. I think it is good for those who want to build stronger bones. If you cannot intake sufficient calcium and Vitamin D in your diet, the product would help. But, definitely, it takes time to see the effect. I will continue to buy the product for my parents.
I take the Swisse calcium and vitamin D tablet everyday as I'm slightly low in my vitamin D levels and this helps me with that. The calcium is also great because it helps me relax and makes me sleepy so I can have a good nights rest. The tablet is quite big which is the only downside but I found that it has really helped me. It's good for bone health and for just my overall health. There are plenty of tablets so it lasts me for several months. Since taking this my vitamin D levels have gone up and while the amount of vitamin D in the tablet isn't a lot compared to other vitamins I have seen it's great for maintaining my overall health.
I purchased this product from an online supermarket. It was in the gluten free section but now I've learned it cannot be guaranteed gluten free. Gluten makes me horribly sick so I can't take these horse pills. What a waste of money! This product should be labelled properly and say it may contain gluten.I've been taking vitamin D and calcium for years. Why are your tablets so large? It's ridiculous. I'll be steering clear of all Swisse products from now on.
I have other supplements from this brand and I am very happy with all of them. I have to be very careful of the ingredients and this is gluten free, dairy free with no artificial ingredients. Went for blood work and doctor suggested I get a vitamin D supplement with calcium because my numbers were low. It doesn’t upset my stomach and is easy to swallow with no bad taste on my tongue.
This vitamin has been on my mom and dad's shelf for daily use for several years. And knowing how important calcium and D for elderly, I realized how good it is couple of months ago when mom did blood tests. She is 67 and her calcium and D were within norm. So, now I got it for myself and taking now, as my D is low. No side effects or unpleasant feelings. And feeling good so far. And I attribute Swisses long term success in the Australian market to being a company that rather trade on the quality of thier product than hype. Im older now and due to using sunscreen and staying out the sun Im low in Vit. D. so the choice was easy I purchased Swisse and now have found in my blood tests that my levels have increased well even though I forget to take them sometimes :)
