I had heard and read a lot about evening primrose oil especially for those with acne and premenstrual issues. I have been taking this for several months now and I have already seen a huge improvement. I suffer from hormonal acne and oily skin and this has definitely helped to reduce the amount of blemishes that I get. Most of my breakouts are around my cheeks, chin and jawline and taking evening primrose oil has reduced the amount and severity of my breakouts. The capsules are easy to swallow and it comes with 200 per pack which is good value.

I have been using Evening Primrose Oil for about 20 years. It keeps your skin so lovely. I always get compliments on my skin at almost 60 years old. A great overall product for your health as well. Highly recommend this.
