Can see marked results after only a month!

I'm so happy I tried these vitamins. I've only been taking them daily for a month now but I can see that my hair is growing back in around my temple area and my eyebrows have less grey in them. I was really beginning to get concerned with my hair falling out like it was, but since taking these vitamins my hair is staying put! I will keep taking these and I'm so thankful they work.

Helped with my thinning hair!

I like the ingredients , including the iron because I tend to have low iron. I use other supplements from Swisse so I looked at their other supplements for my thinning hair. I checked out what ingredients would help and found most of them in this supplement. My hair has stopped falling out! So I’m hoping it continues to help my hair thinning. So far it’s working. My nails tend to be thin and I also noticed them getting stronger! That’s a plus.

It does work, new hair growth

I read an actress who has beautiful hair and skin takes this. Thought it’s worth a shot after doing some research. People said it worked. My whole life I had thick hair, now I am 47 my hair is thinner. This is the first time since I was in my 20’s I can feel like a buzz cut on my scalp. My hair and nails are seriously growing under I’m so excited. Although make sure to take this daily. I forgot for like a week or two cause I was sick and my nails started breaking.

I have known about Vitamin C, Silica and Zinc for your skin but Milk Thistle is new to me. Milk Thistle is supposed to help with acne. I would have to say, if you have an acne problem, this formula may help you. I don't have any major issues but I did notice a reduced amount of redness and irritation since I started taking these. Wish I read the reviews about this product before purchasing. I persevered with this product through all the bad side effects hoping that after the first week or two maybe it would get better.But every time I take this pill, day, night, morning, afternoon; no matter what, I got a horrible headache within 30 minutes.And my nails have never been in a worse condition than they are after 2 weeks of this supplement. My skin is trashed, I have break outs all over my face and I haven’t had that since I was a teenager.My hair, on a positive, growing and feeling great, but I can’t confirm if that is from these supplements or the new shampoo and treatment I’ve been using...I won’t be continuing this supplement and do not suggest it

I have never really taken many vitamins, but I decided to incorporate more of them into my daily routines now that I’m getting older.
