I suffer from PMS symptoms (cranky, emotional and mood swings!), and after taking this product regularly I can honestly say it levels out my mood swings. Would definitely recommend.

I've been using Swisse organic vitex for over 6 months, and I ran out for a little while and my periods became irregular again. I think it definitely helps perimenopausal symptoms. I take it first thing in the morning when I wake up and I think that makes it more effective.

I have found that my period pain/discomfort and cycle length regularity has improved dramatically since taking Swisse Vitex, as well as magnesium. It did take a couple of months before the Vitex "kicked in" so to speak, but now that it has I make sure I always have one each day. Now my periods are pretty easy, and I'm closer to having a 28 day cycle (instead of 21).
