The keypad combined with the switchbot lock has been awesome for our family. We used to use our garage door as a main entrance to our house, but with the keypad we use our front door more often due to the ease and simplicity of using the lock. I highly recommend this set -keypad and switchbot lock. Such high quality and worth every penny.

This keypad has been a great addition to my smart home. Love being able to share codes with others as well. Only caveat so far has been that I found you can't create a new code while away from the home. You have to be home to have the code sync to the keypad/lock.I was away and needed someone to get into my home. I tried to create a code for them but found out that I had to be home to do so. So I just had to give them my code and change mine when I got back.

We purchased this as a companion to the switchbot lock device. It's nice to have a keypad to program unique codes for visitors that most everyone is familiar with using. It's also nice to have a physical keypad in case we don't have a connection on our phone to lock or unlock the device itself or forget to bring a key. This company has thought of every option!

The keypad is a great addition to our switchbot lock. It was very simple to install and set up and looks nice next to the door. Different people are able to set unique codes which is great for our babysitter. Highly recommend!
The keypad is a nice addition to the lock, however it is hard to see if you press buttons successfully as there is no tactile feedback and illumination gets hidden by your palm. Alternatively having led row to indicate successful press would be nice as well.I am looking forward to next generation of keypad. Also would be cool if it supported wifi updates so that I could add new keys remotely.
We installed a switchbot Lock on our rental property a few months ago and it's been great. Easy to use and share access with renters. The keypad makes things even easier now! This month for our new renters, we asked them what unique key code they wanted (and would remember) and set it up before their arrival. They were able to let themselves in when they got there and they can come and go without a phone (or key!). Have been waiting for this and excited it's finally here!
I have the switchbot lock and the keypad is a great addition. They really make it easy to install and use. The design is sleek, and not an eyesore like most other keypads. I would recommend this product to anybody looking to modernize their home security.This is home security done right!
We've had a switchbot Lock - Touch Edition on our door for awhile now. We love the flexibility to use a touch card, key, and touch to open the door, but the keypad has been a real game changer.It was super easy to install and using it is also fun. We live on a high-traffic street, so we love that the keypad could be installed in a private location, while still giving us peace of mind while we're out for a run, at the park, or taking our dog for a walk. Giving the access code to family members and friends has also simplified having people over and makes the entry for guests even more special.Strongly recommend!
We purchased the keypad along with the switchbot Smart Lock since we tend to have family members stop by our house pretty frequently. The Keypad allows us to easily and safely let our family into our home without having to be physically there. No more having to leave our spare keys under our welcome matt, which is very risky to do. Super easy to install and use!
