This was bought on a whim, we bought the smallest packet and more out of interest than anything else. Suffice to say, it has transformed our tea drinking habits. It is a light, refreshing tea that is full of flavour. So much so that we all now drink it throughout the day, including those of that were formally 'builders tea' only!! We have already migrated to ordering the largest quantities we can, and it is a brew that can be 'topped' up quite happily and delivers long lasting flavour and a bunch of happiness!

We've bought this for years. It has a much fuller taste than any other lemon and ginger tea that I've tasted, and I must have tried 7-8 others. It's impossible to over steep it as it never gets bitter, but just more warming from the ginger. Easily my favourite tea.

may be I'm wrong, but it seems the tea strength varies depending on the type of packaging ordered. The tea bags in this refill doesn't have the same strength of flavor as the ones I ordered before (Tin/small packs). Just can't feel the same ginger flavor I'm used to. Perhaps I should stick to ordering in small quantities as before.

I always have this on hand. It’s so settling for nausea and reflux and tastes lovely. I’ve given so many of these out over the years it’s hilarious. Staff used to come by my desk all the time for one. It was going to bankrupt me at some point. I just took my box to my parents house last week and it didn’t make it back - so grabbing some more for myself haha
My friend sent me sone Lemongrass and ginger tea bags while I was in hospital. It is the best tasting herbal tea I have ever tried. Pure ingredients, no synthetic taste, so good that i decided that everyone can taste it for Christmas. Well done, no more boiling up root ginger a delightful drink in a bag.
Even after additional brewing time, this tea barely has flavor. You can smell it but there is no taste. It is not worth the money.
Unfortunately the flavours are not quite as punchy as your other teas I have tried. Rather disappointing really given the premium price
I tried this at a friend's place first, and it was a bit bland. I thought it was due to the way she brewed it, so I bought my own tin and tried it. The flavour was a bit bolder but the ginger wasn't strong enough for me. I have to feel a tingle and a bite to enjoy my ginger-based tea!
Lemongrass and Ginger Teabags are the best herbal teas I have tasted. Great for calming anxiety and giving you a pleasant feeling of wellbeing. I sent some to my daughter and son in law and they immediately ordered more click and collect from their nearest shop.
It's not too strong - I've found that other brands have so much ginger that it's difficult to drink. This tea is perfect. It's also very soothing - great at any time, and also good for settling tummies. I find it a real pick-me-up at morning tea and afternoon tea time, and sometimes before bed.
