As a first time sup user , I was very happy . Although I recommend having an electric pump to inflate, as on a hot day you might be worn out before you even get to use it .I am confident that I’ll be standing up and staying up very soon : )The board is easy to manoeuvre through the water.I would recommend to any family or friends looking to purchase one. But 100% get an electric pump for it, so you have more time to spend using the sup.Potentially though maybe the board should be available without a manual pump , as this would stop me buying another for family member , we don’t need a stockpile of hand pumps.

Great SUP strongly recommended

Great board and lots of fun. Easy to use. Great for beginners like us. Even though it's a large board my kids were comfortable on it. Only issue is adjusting handle of paddle when being shared between users of different heights. Also, disappointed by BCF's advertising program while purchasing the SUP (BCF-ing fun) for a business that is aimed at families you could do better in the advertising department.

Great board - dud pressure gauge

I was hoping that I wouldn't suffer the same problem as I had read in other reviews, but unfortunately I did. The pressure gauge on the pump does not work! This is critical, so that you don't over/under deflate the product for use. A huge shout out to the guys at SCOTT LOVIG HOBIE who sell a $9 replacement pressure gauge that is better quality and works! Just unscrew the dud from Tahwalhi and screw in the new gauge and away you go. Local BCF don't have stock of the SUP, so can't do replacement and to repackage/return the whole thing only to probably get a replacement with exactly the same problem didn't seem worth the effort. Easier to buy new gauge and wait for it to arrive in the post, so simple. Otherwise, this is a great board!

Great quality, so versatile, having so much fun
23 October 2021

Have recently bought this after having so many problems with my Kings iSUP.I have taken it out several times on the water now and it’s great for holidays as I can easily pack it in the car.Everything is great quality at an affordable price. I’ve been very impressed. As with any iSUP, inflating these boards is a real workout for an Adult and not something a child can do. But once it’s inflated its brilliant. It’s very light and my teenage daughters can carry and use it by themselves. When on holidays we just leave it inflated and strap it to the roof racks of the car for short trips to the water. In the water it is quite stable, rigid and easy to paddle, even in some chop with a slight breeze. I have also strapped some Duotone Drift Stoppers to it and used it for Wing Surfing and had a blast out on the water. The side hooks are also perfectly positioned so I have even attached a soft seat to it and gone kayaking. The only disappointing thing, and the reason it lost a star is that it should sell the pump separately. This would make the board a little cheaper and mean I can buy multiple boards at a better price and without accumulating pumps. Come on Tahwalhi. You have a great product and this would make it 5 star and increase your sales.PS. The staff at BCF Cleveland are really friendly, helpful and awesome. I’ll be back

Great to get into Paddle boarding
23 May 2022

This is a great paddle board to give paddle boarding a try, can't turn away from its features and value especially at club price. I am totally a beginner and tried this for rehabilitation from an Injury, as long as you do some research on how to build balance, you'll find this ISUP stable. Always put safety in mind first. I can't turn a blind eye on its value.I also have to give credit to Mark of The Campbelltown store, he has been very exceptional in his recommendations before I decided to purchase top bloke and service.I definitely recommend this product.

ISUP with Dolphins at Seal Rocks Great board…
21 September 2022

Bought this I sup from my wife's birthday and she loves it. This is our fourth sup and our first isup . She took it away camping to seal rocks NSW And used it both in the ocean and on one of the great Lakes. She had limited space so the isup was the perfect size. It’s not as heavy as our hard sup so it easier to carry. She found it harder to balance but it could of been the six months between boards. The strapping at the front great For waterproof bag, pump is good and the backpack is average quality. It was on sale and the staff were excellent at BFC Jindalee.

My first ISUP - Wonderful
12 September 2022

Bought this ISUP as I liked the accessories it came with and the tie down points for a seat if I decide to add one. I've used it about seven times and even as a beginner, after the first two times, I've been able to stand up comfortably and paddle about 1.5km with no problems at all. I find it really stable and easy to maneuver. Unfortunately as an older lady without strong arm muscles, inflating the board was pretty hard. I solved that by purchasing an electric pump from BCF and within 10 minutes, its fully inflated with very little effort.

Tahwalhi ISUP - Very good, but we cautious of pump
11 January 2022

I recently purchased two of these ISUPs and overall I'm very impressed with how they have performed. I was concerned of their stability and that they may be too influenced by moderate winds, given the nose sits rather high, but just back from our recent holiday where we experienced winds every day and they handled comparable to a solid board. One issue we encountered was with the double-action pump as supplied. The hose attachment is able to be connected to either the air intake, or out-take, as both connection points have the same thread. On my second day of use I mistakenly connected the hose incorrectly resulting in the pump sidewall shattering and a minor contusion to my leg. The correct connection point is marked OUT but no mention of the importance to get it ... MoreI recently purchased two of these ISUPs and overall I'm very impressed with how they have performed. I have now placed tape around the incorrect thread on our second pump to prevent it occurring again.

Tahwalhi SUP comes up trumps. 10 out of 10.
18 February 2023

I did a lot of research before purchasing a SUP. I had never used one before. The Tahwalhi 10'6" Turquoise Bay is a brilliant SUP. I could not be happier and I love using it. It is rigid when inflated and a great size. I also purchased the optional seat which is easy to attach and provides an enjoyable alternative experience. For seated paddling, I purchased a child-size kayak paddle. The elastic straps at the front are very secure.I am a reasonably fit 54 year old woman. It takes me between 10-15 mins to inflate the board using the manual pump. I can get it to, tops, 13 of the required 15 psi. It does require a level of good upper body strength. Quite honestly, 12 or 13 psi is sufficient. The board packs up neatly in the bag provided. It does need to be deflated ... MoreI did a lot of research before purchasing a SUP. Tahwali inflatable SUP confidence booster
31 January 2023

Purchased for wife as a 50+ birthday gift and to supplement her physiotherapy balance improvement outcomes. Within first hour she could stand several times for <1 minute. Next outing was a vast improvement straight up and 3rd outing she was giving (& receiving) tips to/from friendly lady boarders and has been so proud of herself for having a go. She loves it.I purchased the electric pump as well which is great when inflating/deflating at the car, and the hand pump comes to the waters edge for top-ups if needed. So far - all good.
