For a mid-high price celebration bottle it was wonderful. Just on the edge of a sour taste it skirts that, delivering a balanced dry flavor profile that paired well with the prawns and Dungeness crab meat. Highly recommended when you want a well balanced bottle of tiny bubbles without having to sell one of the kids (that one you couldn't give away if you tried).
