I can wear these all day and all night, with regular changes, and never have an issue and that means a whole lot. These have the smooth plastic applicator and the tampon itself is made a lot different than the original ones. These are even tapered a bit to make insertion even easier. Definitely enjoy using this product.I highly recommend these because they work so well, are super safe, don't hurt inside, are the perfect size and are really easy to take with me when I know I'm going to need one.
