I have been using Tampax Tampons with the cardboard applicator for 25 years. I cannot find them anywhere unless I want to pay double or triple the normal price online. I hage tried the Pearl Plastic applicator Tampons multiple times. I hate the shape, they always leak, and I end up in pain by the end of the period. I think I may be allergic to something that is different about those compared to the cardboard applicator Tampons. I am going to have to find a new tampon brand if the cardboard applicators don't become more available.

I have been a cardboard user of Tampax ever since I was a teenager. While I have tried other bands and products, when I cannot find the cardboard, I have had several allergic reactions to the plastic applicators (cellulitis). Recently I have found it very difficult to find the cardboard applicators. I hope they do not go away. I do not use any other brand or product. While my meager purchases may not account for a significant number of sales, I think essential product manufacturers need to consider why there still exists demand for these products. I would urge this company to at least sell this product through online retailers if stores no longer wish to stock them. They are a necessary product for so many as evidenced by the reviews on this site.

Similar to other reviews, I have used this for the better part of 20 years and LOVE them. The multi-pack gives the perfect amount of each absorbency. They are easy to use and are effective. I have tried your other styles with plastic applicators and would always get an infection. Plus, yes these are better for biodegradable purposes! Where can we find??? Please don’t discontinue or will have to find another non-Tampax product!

I have used tampons for years and prefer them over other period products. I have tried every brand, plastic and non applicator and have always been told that cardboard applicators are the most uncomfortable. However, after trying these, they are my favorite. I was shocked at how comfortable the tampon itself is and the applicator is comfortable as well. I prefer the cardboard now, and I have used every size available and not had any discomfort. I also like that it is biodegradable, and makes me feel better throwing that away every month compared to plastic. Though I wish the wrapper was a bit quieter, overall I really like these and will continue to use them. They are harder to find in the states, but luckily I can always find them at target!
These are getting harder to find, what’s going on? The cardboard multipack is my favorite. I don’t want plastic, I don’t want scents and I do want a value. I’m nervous these are going away. Target hasn’t had them and I can’t find them anywhere. Just spent $10 for the cotton Tampax pack of 24 and then realized they are plastic applicators. There are plenty of us that still want unscented cardboard. Let’s help the environment and minimize plastic where we can.
These mixed tampons are perfect because my flow is always different monthly, sometimes it’s super heavy and sometimes I have a very light flow so I get to choose which size is right forme monthly. This box contains three different sizes 10 light ones, 22 regular ones, and 22 super absorbent ones. These are gynecologist recommended based on a 2022 survey. They are perfume free, free of elemental chlorine bleaching, free of dyes and they are clinically tested to be gentle to skin. These are very convenient because it has over 4 month supplies worth. These are the best tampons you’ll ever try I recommended them because they are very gentle feels like there’s nothing in there, I even work out with these on and they cause no discomfort whatsoever.
My menstrual cycles became extremely erratic and unpredictable early last year, and I needed a tampon I could truly trust. Prior to trying these Tampax brand tampons, I'd tried a whole slew of different brands, styles, absorbencies, etc and came to really only like the Tampax brand - they were comfortable to insert and wear and were mostly (but not 100%) dependable as far as leakage. The leakage protection is insurmountable - I have been in situations where I was unable to change my tampon for more than an hour past what I would normally have changed it, and only during these few times was there any threat of potential leakage however; there was none! They come in all the typical absorbency levels to meet your needs throughout your whole cycle. They come in all the typical absorbency levels to meet your needs throughout your whole cycle. Instead of buying multiple boxes with different absorbency levels you get all you need in one box. My favorite detail (after the leakage protection) is the fact that each individual tampon package is resealable to allow for clean, sanitary disposal of your used applicator. Tampax has became the only brand I know I can rely on for all my cycle needs.
My family has used Tampax for many, many years and this product is another example as to why we do! It's a company/brand that has all woman in mind with production. The company has been around for a long time and we ladies know we're in good hands with them and that the products really do work. The tampons hold up well with any flow, they offer great Absorbsion and have a braid on the cord to help prevent any accidents and it really does work! They're comfortable to wear, easy to insert and they don't bunch up or come back out until you're ready to take it out and dispose of. The cardboard application is helping us ladies and also our earth, where we live because it's biodegradable unlike some plastics used as applicators. The directions are almost fool proof and are easy to understand. Best part is they come in different sizes or categories and can be used by young girls and grown ladies like myself! It's a good feeling knowing you're being protected and in good hands by a company that's for woman and menstruating needs!
I have tried these before many times and I actually really enjoy them! They are functional, comfortable and it makes me feel better that I’m using less plastic, especially for such an intimate product. I love the variety pack because I can choose the size and absorbency that works best for my needs depending on my flow that day. I have a lot of friends that say they can’t use the cardboard applicators for comfort reasons but I have never had any issues. I did take away one star because these are not organic, which I do prefer. But they are a good tampon and will get used regardless.
I like the assortment of sizes that the Tampax cardboard mix has. It comes with tampons for a light, regular or super flow. I'm not a huge fan of the ingredients. It contains paraffin, titanium dioxide, ditalllowethyl hydroxyethlmonium methosulfate(beef tallow) just to name a few. It kind of makes me wonder how they are the number one gynecologist-recommended tampon brand. The tampons are free from dyes, elemental chlorine bleaching, and perfumes. The elemental chlorine bleaching part confuses me a little. It doesn't necessarily mean they are not bleached. It sounds like they don't use this method for bleaching. They are good for up to eight hours. I'm not a fan because of the ingredients. I do like the idea of the right size for the right flow.
