It might feel like it’s not doing anything, but it does A LOT, perfectly detangles my hair without ripping half of it out and painlessly unlike the wide-toothed comb I am used to. After brushing out all my hair there is only a few amount of hair on the brush. My wide tooth comb would take out much more. Using this brush made me realise that combing your hair does not have to be painful. The brush is quite sturdy and not a cheap plastic feel. Has a Nice weight to it and long bristles that is flexible and strong. I thoroughly recommend this hairbrush especially to those with Afro hair or any hair type that tangles easily.

I have a different version of the tangle teeter that I always use because it’s so versatile. I can grab it to use in the shower and out. The only problem is that one has no handle so it’s a slippery little bugger when you’re trying to brush out knots in the wet shower. Plus, add some conditioner to the mix and forget about it. The only thing that I wished it could be improved on was the addition of a handle. And lo and behold this holy grail product. I honestly love it so much. My hair is long and gets tangled easily but this brush doesn’t require all the elbow work of tugging and yanking. I reach for it far more often than any of the more expensive brushes I own.

Best brush ever used

I love love love this brush. I have thick unruly hair and when I wake in the morning look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards . Previous brushes hurt when trying to untangle the knots in my hair. This brush glides through my hair effortlessly . I would not be without this brush now . My only wish is they did a smaller version too that I could pop in my bag on a night out as this brush is too big to fit in a small handbag .

Essential for Parents

Where was this brush when I was a kid?!!!I have super-fine hair that knots ridiculously quickly.This brush is by far the best brush I have ever owned. It gets knots out pain-free. I hold my hair and this brush will ease out knots and tangles without hurting me, leaving my hair silky smooth.If you have a little girl that cries in pain when you brush her hair, you need this brush!I've now had my first one for over two years and it's still going strong. It's been so good I'm getting a second one so I can have one at home and one in the car.

I know it's dramatic to say this about a hairbrush but this really is incredible! I thought it was just going to be like a normal tangle teezer and the advertising of "smoothing" "shine" etc was just a marketing ploy, but I will hold my hands up and say that I was wrong.. it really does smooth hair keeping my flyaways at bay and adds a heck amount of shine (which I have no clue how as it just looks like a plastic brush?) Id 100% recommend this, I know it's on the pricer side but it's very easy to clean and looks well made so I think ill be owning it for a long time so worth the investment! My trusted denman brush has gone in the draw and this is what I'm going to be using from now on as I'm so chuffed with it! Basically good brush. Through my long and wayward hair, however, it does not come through without further ado. Although it does not hang, it glides but partly something superficial over, instead of beautiful through. The handle I find a bit unergonomic; rather short and thick, so you can not grip them so well. All in all, the performance is right but

THE BEST BRUSH EVER!

So I’ve been using a ‘Tangle Angel’ brush for yeaaaaaars. I know I should have probably replaced it before now, but hey ho! From the first use of this brush the old Tangle Angel went into the bin. My problem with the Tangle Angel was I felt it didn’t quite reach the scalp so although it was gentle on knots and detangling it was almost too gentle. This brush however, detangles in a gentle way whilst still reaching your scalp. Literally my new favourite brush! I do feel as though it makes my hair smoother too, I’m not sure if this is because it spreads the natural oils or not... whatever the reason, I’m happy!

ergonomic, comfortable, gets tangles out with ease

I am so happy I decided to swap my really cheap brush that I had misplaced for this You can get cheaper but i don;t think the quality nearly matches this which is strong but smooth to hold and lightweight so you don't get cramp so easy I used it on just washed and conditioned tangled hair and it got the knots out. It does take time but if you are gentle and start from the bottom of the hair it works Worth the money
