Best no alcohol 'gin'. Actually tastes like gin unlike other no alcohol pseudo gin products. Tasted against spirit gin you notice the lack of alcohol but when not comparing like that its excellent. Slightly better tasting than Gordon's no alcohol gin but both worth buying. Both are great value compared to other no alcohol drinks. Do your own taste taste.

We bought this on the basis of reviews here and elsewhere. Mistake! The only similarity with gin is that you can taste the juniper in it. Apart from that it is an unpleasant-tasting fluid, with an initial sickly-sweet taste and a soapy-bitter aftertaste. Ruins a decent tonic water. In our opinion this is no more than an horrendously over-priced unpalatable cordial.

Ive tried a few non alcoholic gins and I liked this the best. The smell is identical to real gin and the taste is very similar just without the alcohol burn. Of course this does make a difference but I think this is as good as its going to get alcohol free.

I have tried all the zero alcohol Gins and keep coming back to this one.You do need a good measure of it and please pair it with a good quality tonic, I really like Fever Tree Aromatic Light with it. It’s got all of the taste without the alcohol and has really assisted me in cutting my alcohol consumption without much effort. If they made zero alcohol wines to this standard I would be delighted.
Since having chemo and a transplant I have had to stop drinking alcohol. I think that over the past year I have tried all the 'fake gins'. Some bear no resemblance to gin (although pleasant and very expensive drinks in their own right) but Tanqueray have managed to pull it off. With a quality tonic and a slice of lemon this is very close to the real thing. It is also cheaper than many competitors. I highly recommend it.
Like a lot of people we are cutting down on alcohol and decided to give this a try. No, it doesn't taste like gin. It's actually quite nice and makes a more interesting drink than straight tonic water, but I won't buy it again. Just to note - you do need more of this to lift the tonic water (rather than one measure, like I would use with gin, I needed 2-3 measures of this substitute to really make an impact). I have no problems with the price (unlike others here) as the distilling method will take longer due to alcohol not being involved and so actually cost more to make than straight gin!
So far this is the best 0% drink I've found, it does taste a bit like gin, but wouldn't convince a gin drinker. Still, closer to the real thing than any of the wines, whisky or rum that I've tried. Works quite well with tonic or 0% martini & lemonade. Despite this not being a glowing review l shall be ordering again.
Tried this for dry January when you want the experience of a gin and tonic. Mixed with a premium tonic its pretty good. You can tell its not alcohol but its refreshing and smells botanical. A bit expensive but handy to have available for non drinkers
I've tried other alcohol free spirits before, and this is far and away the best gin. It smells like standard gin and tastes like it and I hardly miss the alcohol. My only question is the price. It is a little cheaper than the normal 40% proof Tanqueray but since there is no duty to pay, why does it cost ?16? BU if you want the gtr the alcohol free routs this is the best, The Gordon's variant contains aspartame for some reason so I avoid it.
I've been buying alcohol free gins for some time now and have liked some better than others. Most are refreshing alternatives to an alcoholic version of a G and T, and have their own distinctive tastes - I'm quite partial to Seedlip and Styxx, in particular. However, none actually taste like a 'real' G and T! This one does. For me, it has the mouthfeel of real gin, the smell of Juniper and an authentic aftertaste. Delicious!
