Repeat customer here. I love BBTC's pearls, they have great texture and taste better than the equivalent options available at Asian grocers. My only minor gripe is that my order was only dispatched 2 weeks after I placed it so I'm still waiting for delivery. Previously my orders have been shipped super fast so I'm hoping this was an anomaly.

I was nervous about buying my own tapioca pearls however I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. One thing I think would be good to add to the pearls though would be a card describing how to store them and how to cook them as when I received my pearls recipes weren’t on the website yet. Other than that outstanding!

I ordered it on Sunday night and it was here on Wednesday, I was expecting to wait at least seven days; so impressed! None of the pearls were broken and there's a pretty substantial amount in each serving. I did slightly overcook mine because i didn't read the recipe haha, so yeah don't try to free hand it. All in all I'm very happy with my experience.

I was worried, but it's actually super easy to make. Takes about 20 minutes, and they're pearls so they don't really last once made, but that's not a bbt club problem, that's a pearls problem. Super yummy, very much like from the shops. Also pretty good value.
Absolutely in love with this product. So easy to make and I can fulfill my bubble tea obsession now that I have purchased these tapioca pearls. Thankyou for making these available and at an affordable price. I will definitely be ordering more
I’m not a massive fan of these pearls tbh as I’d prefer some instant pearls instead of having to get a pot out and boil them. Other than that they were pretty good. I have also had an issue storing them - even though it was in an airtight container they seemed to go crumbly and the balls crumbled apart into powder. I’ve had to throw a packet out. Maybe it was just a bad batch as I didn’t have this issue with my previous order of pearls but the packaging was slightly different.I would love it if these came in a zip lock bag or similar so you can make an airtight seal
The first batch of pearls ordered from bbt club were excellent (back in May 2021). The most recent order (August 2021) had pearls in a different form of packaging and the quality seems to have deteriorated. Along with intact pearls, there were also crumbled/fragments of tapioca throughout the vacuum sealed pack. I wonder if there has been a change in where pearls have been sourced or a change in process which has resulted in this.
I’m really happy with the pearls, the texture is just right after cooking. I wouldn’t recommend making in bigger batches, just enough for whatever drinks you’re making at the time.
I received this as part of the prize for LNY, and it’s one of the most convenient packs of pearls you’ll ever find. The quality is outstanding and the chewiness is perfect. You can literally cook the pearls to your liking and you’ll think twice about buying BBT from a retailer again
Great, reminds me just like the ones you purchase at your local bbt franchise. However doesn’t taste sweet enough. Thinking I have to add a bit of brown sugar at the end once it’s boiled? Anyways still a great purchase ! Easy instructions!
