Never have I found anything to complain about when it comes purchases I have bought at Target, from the past, to the present and definitely into the future.I know what size I purchase is exactly what I need. There is no longer any time wasting by having to try on clothes and footwear, I now the sizes fit.

These last forever. I bought 5 pairs for my 5yo for kinder, 18 months later I'm buying more because he's grown. The original pairs are still in fantastic condition. Definitely worth the money.

My Prep daughter has 3 bottoms for her uniform and these shorts are by far the best after a term of alternating the three. The skort was an initial favourite, but it has not held up as well, no longer keeps it's shape and the stitching at the top of the pleats is coming apart. I have had no issues with washing or fluff beyond what you'd expect.Advice and suggestions: 4 year olds can't always tie bows or undo them, and these were too loose. I sewed button hole elastic into the back and attached a button either side to make them adjustable. I expect this won't be needed long term, but it is a more secure fastening method for sure.
- The new fit is too wide, and the elastic band has very poor elasticity, hence the shorts fall down too easily.- These new fit shorts are also shorter than the previous year.- Material feels coarser/scratchier against the skin.- Shorts no longer has the permanent vertical crease along the front and back, thus make them look a bit unkempt.Will be returning and look elsewhere.
My 5 1/2 yo is on the smaller side and he needs to tie these shorts at the waist to keep them up. However, as they don’t have any elastic in the back, once they are untied they fall right off him! He’s usually in too much of a hurry to try to re-tie them after going to the bathroom. He’s not going to be able to wear them until he’s much bigger.
Quality of the material is great however sizing is really big. I purchased a size 3-4 for my 5 year old and they are massive, he won't be able to wear them to school for ages.
Have to remember to put in a separate washing bag as they tend to collect lint but other than that great , wanted 5 pairs and could only get 4
These shorts are terrible. They collect so much dust and everything sticks to them. Every time my child sits his pants are dirty. They also collect everything in the wash.
I have noticed - both with last years design and even more with this current fit - that they attract fluff in the washing machine regardless of what is in with it. None of the other items - including other black shorts - have the same issue.
