You can't tell whether any of the connectors are going to fit the laptop socket until you rip open the pack and try it, rendering it unacceptable for a refund because it's no longer in sellable condition. One connector was an almost suitable fit, but the fit was loose and required near constant jiggling and adjustment to stay charging, which is of course not a sustainable solution. I can't return it, so that's a lot of dollar down the drain. Absolute rubbish.

Was guaranteed that it would work in my computer. Only one size "works", and by that I mean it's far too small for my computer and has to be held in place. It also heats up VERY quickly, which means I can't charge it overnight, and it also has a very unpleasant smell.

Packaging includes 7 tips to be used with many different devices. However upon opening the package and trialling both ‘Acer’ tips, both were far too big for my Acer Aspire S5-371. On their website they provide a checking tool for finding the correct adapter. Would have been nice to know about that BEFORE opening the package to discover I can’t charge a laptop for several days.

I got this to have a second charger for my Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon, so I wouldn’t have to carry my charger between home and the office. I’ve left this one at home, and now have a charger compatible for most laptops on the market.
This is a great accessory, heaps of charging options for different brands so it suits every laptop my family has! So handy, and a great price!
Bought this because I left my charger at work (2 hours away) so the uber-delivery from JB was perfect. Called the department to check compatibility, he said as long as it was a 15 inch Asus then it would fit. It is (Asus Tuf A15). Delivery itself was flawless and so fast (under 30 mins) but none of the charging adapters fit. So it's useless. TL;DR - None of the supplied adapters fit an Asus Tuf A15.
Unfortunately this is an old power adapter and the connectors are not compatible with many of the new models. It would not connect to my ACER notebook. The charger itself seems fine.
Amazing service. The new puppy chewed my charger to the laptop…yup. Not the homework! I’d just started a new job after 8 1/2 years elsewhere and with limited funds felt I was going to loose it cause I couldn’t afford a new charger and it was essential I work from home. Couldn’t find one for at least a week delivery/pick up. HN came through for a pick up in 1 hr. Just had to park out the front to receive it. Still have the job however…she’s done it again! Boss not happy and in half hours. Would live to have a voucher. Either way, I’ll be seeing you soon. Take care all
Targus sent out an extra tip thats not included in retail packs for our laptop at no charge. Came within 24hours. Really happy to be able to use the laptop again.
My old charger died and when I called The Good Guys for assistance and they checked the old charger and found , yes, it has gone to better pastures. Well the assistance and help that I received was really great and the salesman there ( forgot his name) was so helpful and patient , something that is often lacking now. The charger has been doing what a charger is supposed to do , what more can I say ,a great product and wonderful service
