I’m really enjoying the kiwi. I was expecting it to apply green and smell like kiwi, it did neither of those and that was a bit disappointing. I still gave it 5 stars though because the smell is wonderful, it smells a bit tropical (maybe like a piña colada). It went on clear at first then changed to a beautiful shade of pink. For each person it will very a bit based on your ph which is fun. My daughter ( who is mixed ) also used it and hers turned a bit darker shade than mine and it looked just as beautiful on her. I might need to buy another one now because she is trying to steal mine. I also love how moisturized my lips felt and the cute gold applicator it comes in. overall, I do like the products, but there are a few downsides. The product is a little sticky. the button quit working closer to the end so I had to use a q-tip to apply. (waste of product). I like this but I know a lot of people don't, it does have a little bit of tingle. the color does come out different on different people. for example. I really like the color on me but I had my friend try it and it did not look great on her. it was almost two shades darker and a little purple.

I own 5 of these in various colors. I bought this on a whim originally and it is now my favorite lip product ever and one of tarte’s star products.to me, it’s perfect. the plump version offers a light minty sensation upon application. the texture is hearty and stays put on my lips for hours. it smells pleasantly sweet but not sickly. the plump shift specifically is my favorite because the colors are more sheer and become a really nice shade of pink when applied. the sheerness makes it feel like a lip balm, so i use it like one.

I really have LOVED the Tarte Maracuja juicy lip plump line, especially the baby pink rose color in the first release.* I love it so much I immediately decided to try the new pink shade of "Big Ego" to add a brighter pink to my lips. The product is amazing: it feels nice and cool on the lips, it applies very smoothly, it is not sticky, it has an intoxicating scent of coconut, and is hydrating. It goes on glossy and has a bright pink pigment. However the color is not a great shade of pink for me. That is not to say it's not pretty; it just doesn't work with my skin tone. I don't love coral hues and this reminds me of coral. It's definitely adds more color if you like your lips to really pop. As for plumping, I have yet to discover a lip gloss that delivers on ... Pros: Smells like coconut, texture and shine are lovelyCons: Blueberry was such cool mauve on me for the first full hour that I looked like I’d been hit by an iceberg. Worse, instead of the mild temporary tingling I was expecting, the balm gave off an overbearing cooling sensation that never lessened or went away until I wiped it off several hours later. I personally dislike the feeling and find it distracting.Takeaway: Whether or not you like this will depend on your Ph and sensitivity levels. I recommend trying it out in store or getting the non-plumping balm instead.
Hard to apply because it's thick and the tube is a click-button applicator (not the conventional twist tube). Thus, it leaves your lips with uneven color. Have to reapply multiple times because it does not spread well. Some people mentioned the "cooling" sensation, which I think is supposed to be the "plumping" effect that this lip product claims. If you're looking for a lip plumper, this is NOT it! Left my lips sticky until it dried, which then caused my lips to be dry, flaky, and itchy. The vinyl line is miles better!!
I bought this as an impulsive purchase but it’s my favourite lip product at the moment. Application is smooth, product has a slight cooling sensation without feeling tingly like other plumpers and the honeysuckle colour is just gorgeous. It lasts longer than most of the other products I’ve tried, and the colour is deep but doesn’t look unnatural. My only complaint is that there doesn’t seem to be that much product so I’m stingy with using it - otherwise, a repurchase for sure!!
I absolutely love this product, it does what it says it will! It gave me a very gorgeous pinky color and looked very glossy and juicy. It smells like a minty vanilla type of pastry if that makes sense. I love the tube itself, although when you click the button on the bottom you have to use whatever you pulp out because it cannot go back down the tube (unless i just dont know how!). Overall i would repurchase immediately, i had the rose one and it was beautiful! I might try a different color next time!!!
In my experience:1. The feeling upon application is intense, but it does not sting or hurt.2. It has a coconut smell at first. You may like it or not.3. I'd say it has a plumping and moisturizing effect, as advertised. This effect only last if you keep using it,. Over a week with daily use, however, my lips started to feel uncomfortably dry.4. I didn't like how it sort of numbed my sense of taste for an hour or so.5. It became very soft if carried or used where temperatures were over 80 or so. I suspect the tube won't last long.

I would say that the color is very similar to a lip stain. I love that even when the gloss soaks in, it still leaves a pink stain all day. It is slightly plumping, but just a minty feeling not spicy. My one complaint is that the thing that pushes up the lipstick doenst go all the way to the top, so a lot of product gets wasted since the gloss itself is too thin to scoop out without ...
