Tarte Creaseless Undereye Concealer 25S Light Medium Sand

Before shapetape this was the product that introduced me to the brand Tarte. The coverage is medium and buildable. This is a very concentrated product and a little bit goes a long way. It may be a little tricky at first to get used to the consistency but I think you will find the coverage to be medium. It is super hydrating and that may or may not work well with your skin depending on what you're expecting from the product. It is true it did not crease or sink into fine lines The coverage isn't as full as shape tape so this is an excellent product if your undereye circles are minimal. I also recommend it as a blemish concealer. Once it is on it's staying power is incredible. High quality product.

I absolutely love the Tarte concealer! One of my favorite things about it is how well it blends into my skin. It seamlessly blends with my foundation, leaving me with a natural-looking finish. Additionally, I appreciate how it does not crease or settle into fine lines throughout the day, which can be a real problem with other concealers I've tried. Another great feature of the Tarte concealer is its ease of use. The applicator is simple to work with, and it allows me to apply the product directly where I need it. I also appreciate how little of the product I need to use to achieve full coverage. A little goes a long way, making this concealer a great value for the price.

A+ Concealer

This is a wonderful creamy creaseless concealer! For my skin , I like it just as well as shape tape! It is very moisturizing and it looks like you have nothing on when you put it on your skin. It just blends that well. I give this product an A+. I hope they never discontinue it. I have really nice skin and I don't have dark circles under my eyes. I use this product when I'm wearing a serum foundation or attentive moisturizer so that everything is even color wise but if you had dark circles, it would cover very nicely without creasing. I put a very thin layer on because I don't need a lot of coverage but if you wanted more, it would definitely do it by putting some more dabs on. It's definitely very buildable.

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA IN THE SQUEEZE TUBE!!

I religiously used the old formula in the squeeze tube for several years then they replaced it with this product. The gals at the store say it is the same formula but trust me IT IS NOT. The ONLY thing going for it is that it does not make my eyes sting and itchy. (Thus the one star) The coverage barely lasts an hour and it looks patchy and dry right after you put it on. I have VERY sensitive eyes and the old product is the only one I found that doesn't irritate, and looks nice. I loved the dewy look I got with the old one, but this new one looks like someone smeared cake frosting on and then tried to wipe it away.When I found out the old formula was going away, I stockpiled any color I could get. Best for hollowness, dark circles & bright veins

HEAR ME OUT. If you have hollow under eyes and/or super blue/green veins under your eyes and/or reallyy dark circles, this is the full coverage that will conceal it and will last all day. Yes, it’s sticky and thick. BUT, that’s what I need to hide my combo of hollow eyes, dark circles and veins that are so bad people have asked if I have a black eye (no, that’s just my face). I put powder over it after that helps make it less sticky looking, just make sure you fill in the creases, as this does crease. For me, I’ll take eye creases over my dark circles, hollowness and bright colored veins.I have at least 15 concealers at home that I’ve tried, and this is the only one that has achieved what I need. Find something else

I bought this product after my go-to concealer was discontinued. I haven't bought concealer in years and had no real direction. The girl at Sephora said this one was "good". She also looked like she was 12 and had no real interest in helping me find anything. Anyway, I liked the description of it being hydrating since I am in my upper 30s and my skin is dryer and has fine lines. I wore this for a week to work and did not like the results. It felt very heavy under my eyes, took a long time to blend in fully, and has a sticky/tacky feeling to it. About half way through my day, once it settled and dried, it creased really badly into my lines. I tried wiping it to smooth it back out and it started flaking/smudging off in clumps. I'll NEVER understand the bad reviews!!

I am quite shocked at how bad reviews this product gets! and it's because of those reviews that kept me for so long not buying it, but one day I was buying on Tarte's website the "buy 7 products from every category for "this much" money" and I decided since the shape tape is such an overrated concealer that does not agree with dry skin at all so I went with this one and I could not be more glad that I did! It is one of my favorite concealers EVER! I have EXTREMELY dry skin with mild eczema and especially around my eyes so pretty much every concealer will accentuate the dryness and crease like crazy but this one sits beautifully on my skin! The creasing is either non existent or VERY mild when my eczema is flaring up but it's the absolute best for dry skin! The shade could not be more perfect for my skin tone and I love that it's a bit thick but still spreads very well and is easy to blend. I don't know if it just doesn't work for oily people or if some with dry skin don't take well to it but my skin loves it and I'll always have one (or 3 now as the case may be, because of a discount a few weeks ago) in my arsenal. I hope they never discontinue it!! Do not let the reviews fool you, try it out for yourself to see how it works with your skin. We all have different skin needs and we all have different ways we want it to work, and then there are just always some people that will complain over everything, so definitely give it a try before you judge it based on other people's opinions. You might end up being PLEASENTLY surprised like I was.

Moisturizing, but not creasless!

It's more moisturizing than tape shape for sure. Other than that, it is thicker and doesnt spread as easily as tape shape. You have to tap this in, not pulling the skin, because again, it's thick formula! It's definitely not creaseless ! I think this applies to 20 year Olds only. The marketing makes you think it's aimed at more mature skin, hence "creaseless", but it gets into creases and makes them look worse! And I don't even have creases like that! Still gave it 4 stars because I like the moisturizing part of this concealer, my undereyes are dry. I finally figured out how to use it. Apply only under corner of eye, if you use under whole eye, you will make bad creases.

The best out there for mature skin

This is the best out there. I have read all of the reviews and understand why some might not like it. This is perfect for mature skin and would be terrible for younger skin. The shape tape and other similar concealers accentuates the fine lines because it's not as moisturizing. This provides moisture all day which is what mature skin needs. I agree, it can sit in a line here and there, but a quick swipe with your finger and it's blended and gone. Also agree a little bit goes a long way. If you're younger, I wouldn't even bother trying it. 40's and 50's plus, go for it, you'll love it. I can't live without this one. I have fair-ish skin with a lot of redness. I use 25N, which is perfect to cover up my eye circles and redness around my nose.

This Concealer - WOW. So thankful!

Once I arrived at my late 40's, my skin needs changed. My under eye skin no longer tolerates retinol, fragrance, or anything that has too many strong ingredients. I used to be able to wear It Bye Bye Undereye concealer with no issues. Now it leaves me with puffy, irritated skin. Most eye creams now also irritate my skin. I have been dealing with alligator skin under my eyes for over a month now. They are finally healed. I used vaseline, and hydrocortisone for a couple of days. Once my skin looked decent, I bought Supergoop SPF 40 Eye cream, and this Maracuja Creaseless Concealer. No more super dry, irritated alligator skin. My skin has been restored. I'm going to need to keep things simple from now on. Sunscreen - and this concealer. Hope this helps someone.
