One coat will do it if you keep the roller wet. And the flat finish hides the little rough spots perfectly. And the white itself still brightens the room like there is an extra light in the room.

I would never recommend buying Taubmans paint ever again. Was recommended by a paint pro at bunnings and was the worst paint I've ever used.

I have spent some time with Dulux Wash&Wear but I think I prefer Taubmans Endure. Endure comes out in a lovely creamy consistency which helps flow into small cracks etc. I was a little timid when cutting in around the cornice and didn't make a strong enough wet line. I did have to come back for a second coat around the cornice but I'm sure a pro would be able to achieve 100% coverage with a single coat.

Although it's called One Coat, needed to use two to do our ceilings. Paint was very thick and hard to work with (was colder weather) and we found we needed to do a second coat. Paint didn't cover some water stains we had on the ceiling, however great, fresh flat colour once it was dry.
Cleaned entire ceiling with sugar soap and painted the ceiling looks patchy when the light comes in the morning through the window. Paint is very thick and does not roll as well as it should and am going to give it another coat as i bought more to finish the job and if not will be trying dulux bathroom and kitchen ceiling white
Great product however only a one coat application if not tinted!! Did not cover old sauce stain (don’t ask but kids were involved) on ceiling - used a stain cover paint which worked well in conjunction with my endure. Given the price of the product I did expect it to be superior.
I've used this product consistently throughout our home renovations. I love that you only need to apply one coat to achieve a good result, provided the necessary prep work has been done. It goes on smoothly and the end result is an even matt finish. The only thing that bothered me a little was I couldn't see where I'd painted during the last application, which is a pain when your neck is sore and I felt I had to go over some bits just to get the best coverage. Tip: paint in good lighting conditions!
Dries really quickly, patchy finish regardless of changing roller and technique - the undercoat had a ten times better look! Disappointed to say the least. Used Dulux for the in-laws place not too long ago, finish was good, then decided to spend more and use Taubmans for our place. What a mistake.
Got this in a light ocean colour and it looks great and lightens up a small room. Great coverage and and goes on easily. 1st coat looked a bit patchy at first but evened out as it dried. Took quite a while to be even touch dry but it was a cold day so was to be expected.
The paint is not designed to cover stains so do not expect it to like everyone is. Depending on how good you can paint will depend on if you need 1 or 2 coats, along with what colour ceiling currently is. Endure ceiling paint is a very good paint if used correctly.
