TCL 20 Pro 5G 256GB/6GB - Marine Blue

Unusable. Very nice concept getting flagship level features in a bargain priced phone but it's too good to be true. I got a 50% discount on new and $250 is too much to pay for a phone that only works half the time. At times it suddenly won't read my sim card and I will have no service. That is unacceptable for ANY phone. A $20 flip phone would be nice reliable. You think you are getting a bargain with this phone but you are really wasting your money. TCL didn't out the programing with in with this phone and it shows. There's a reason why a bargain phone with phenomenal specs didn't sell. Because it's a lemon and TCL can only make "good enough" products. Androids have bugs. I've never had an Android as infested with bugs as the pro 20 and it got the android 12 update ... MoreUnusable. Pros: Great display, feels high quality. Battery good. Plenty of storage and ram. Camera fine for my use. Wireless charging a big plus.Cons: Not found anything yet.

Does not connect to Cellular service automatically

I bought this phone as a replacement to Samsung. Since I am using it is been a night mare to keep it connected to cellular service. It keeps losing cellular connection with an E symbol. I need to reboot this phone every time to keep it connected to LTE service. I can not return this phone now or Helpdesk is able to help me to resolve this issue.

Excellent Value Product

This phone is excellent for what I use a phone for (not much of a gamer). The screen is very good and the phone works really well. It looks good too.

Great value

I've previously owned flagship Samsungs, iPhone and most recently a Google Pixel but am very impressed with this phone. Pros: Great display, intuitive and customisable functions. Cameras excellent. Came with a case. Wireless charging.Cons: Battery life could be better but still ok. Had a few issues with certain chargers not working with it but fault may not be with phone just new tech perhaps? Can only get screen protector online.

Long battery

Awesome product battery last longer than expected at the end of the day watching videos listen music surfing on the web check emails calls messages and like 48% really good.

Solid upper mid-tier performer

Bought to replace a mi9t Pro, needed 3.5mm jack and decent CPU, this phones fairly close spec wise. Screen is great if you are ok with curved edge, snappy and responsive.
