Pros: As above its a straight forward handset with a few decent features.Cons: Sell this phone with a case because it slips through the hand. I found that this handset is very tall and falls out of my pocket. Ok for gaming but it breaks a bit too easily and my screen is now cracked after dropping it. No insurance was taken out.

Trying to activate this phone has been a nightmare! After purchasing the phone online %26 purchasing a plan from AT%26T I couldn't activate it. It kept saying that there was a problem with the activation and the phone had to be returned to the store where it was purchased for them to complete the activation. I took it to 3 different Wal-Mart stores but none of them could help me. They said they don't do prepaid phones. As of this writing, I still have not gotten it activated. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this phone online. Once you pay for it no one will accept responsibility for it and you get bounced back and forth between Wal-Mart and AT%26T. My only option is to return the phone for a refund and lose the money I spent for a plan. This is so frustrating to get ... MoreTrying to activate this phone has been a nightmare! If you purchase this phone be forewarned!

You get what you pay for, but this phone does a lot better than other phones in its price range (Blu View 2, LG Journey, and a couple others to name some examples). I have been using this phone for almost three months now and have had no issues with using it. My only complaint is that it isn't as fast as the iPhones that also have 3 GB of RAM, but then again, it's not like you're paying $100 for this phone. You can use a USB-C cable to charge your phone. Just make sure to buy a micro USB to USB-C adapter. If you're a gamer you will notice occasional lag or crashes with graphics intensive games like Disney Mirrorverse and Mortal Kombat or even Pokemon Unite, but for a casual phone user that just uses it to call, text, and do some work, this is a more than powerful ... MoreYou get what you pay for, but this phone does a lot better than other phones in its price range (Blu View 2, LG Journey, and a couple others to name some examples). Pros: Affordable, sizeable screen.Cons: Battery life isn't great. OS and set-up is alot different, and way more complex in functionality than my previous 2019 Alcatel phone. It's a budget phone, so the OS and functionality should be simple and straight forward. I don't need fancy graphics or pointless options, I need simplicity.
Pros: It does all the things I need it to do and so far it has not failed me. The battery also lasts considerably longer than my previous phone.Cons: The only slight disappointment for me is the physical size of the phone but I guess that's the norm these days. It doesn't fit easily into my pocket.
First off I understand that you get what you pay for but in my opinion this phone isn't the greatest compared to a lot of low cost phones out there. To start off it did come with a charger thank god because the phone takes one of the old charger cords which I don't have anymore. Then I noticed the settings are the minimum you can get for a phone you can add your own music for an alarm or ringtone etc. The fonts don't go that big when set to the largest setting. The volume on calls is low to me even when set on high. Watching videos comes in low quality to me. I could go on and on but you get the point. I don't buy expensive phones so it's not like I'm comparing to something that isn't in the same price range. I just expected something a little better than this. I'll ... MoreFirst off I understand that you get what you pay for but in my opinion this phone isn't the greatest compared to a lot of low cost phones out there. Taking it back after 2 weeks of seeing if I could grow to like it. I couldn't.
Cons: Phone is quite heavy. Didn't get a chance to check the weight before buying. Doesn't have a light showing if you have a message, etc. You have to unlock the phone to check. Once you have unlocked the phone it does show that you have a message, etc but my old phone had a flashing light you could see without unlocking it.
Pros: Clear screen.Cons: After having at least five phones in the past, and never having any problems. I just can't understand how to use this one. I have gone out of my way at least four times, backward and forwards to Tescos. The staff are very good. However I still can't understand how to use my phone. I have asked if I could. upgrade my phone but I was told it's to late.I have always been a good customer at Tescos, and now I feel very let down.
This phone is terrible. It randomly freezes, removes widgets, turns of your NFC at the most inconvenient times, the delays when actually trying to open an app. Very disappointing. Lasted just on 3 weeks with this phone Am awaiting to hear back from Harvey Norman re exchange for something that you can actually use.
Beware, you will have to go to a physical Walmart store to get this activated, I had read about this in another review but I was hopeful they would not make the same mistake, but it seems it happens either most or all of the time. They need to fix this or at least warn people about this MAJOR inconvenience, what is the point of buying it from an online store if you have to go to a physical store just to be able to use the darn thing! Whether it's sold through Walmart or not it is sold through their own website, at least a warning would be helpful... This is ridiculous! I believe once my son can use this phone it will be quite decent; but he can't even use it til I go to a physical store and have them activate it.
