Teamson Kids - Urban Adventure Play Kitchen with Ice Maker - Grey

I researched a lot of play kitchens before deciding to purchase this one. I was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews that mentioned a strong odor, but I had none of that. There was no odor at all when we opened the box. It was easy to assemble and probably took an hour and a half between me and my husband. My daughter loves it. Worth every penny and I would buy again.

Item is quite sturdy for the price, looks very modern and clean. Building took around 2 hours. Only down side is that two of the hardware pieces that are made of rubber came bent and now the door to the “oven” and under sink cabinet won’t open, we removed it since our daughter was struggling to open it. Also one of the ice dispenser pieces came broken and the dispenser isn’t functional. It really sucked when we realized the ice dispenser wasn’t going to be functional because that was the whole reason we picked this kitchen set over others. Reached out to manufacturers, hopefully they can replace these pieces for us so that it can’t be worth 5 stars.

I just finished assembling this for my 3 year old and I love it. First, this is by far the easiest item I've ever assembled. The assembly guide is clearly written with easy to comprehend exploded views, every piece was correctly labeled, and all the screws and tiny parts were pre-separated, numbered and organized. Second, it was a super fast, 1-2 tool assembly (thanks to the great instructions). I used Phillip's head screwdriver for a few really tight spots, and a power screwdriver for everything else. It was a breeze. Third, it looks great, and the quality is very good. Beautiful and well made

We absolutely adore this beautiful kitchen for our 2.5yr old little boy. It was really straight forward to put together and I love that the doors hold close well. It looks so nice in his play area. He uses it all the time. I was worried since he is taller for his age that the size would be too small but it’s perfect and if needed would have added little legs on it.

Cute but not good quality

As cute as the pictures. Son loves the fridge, especially the ice maker. It does not seem very high quality however and one piece came scratched/chipped and the doors are hard to close. One of the doors hangs off the hinge wrong and is very difficult to close. This is probably a safety feature, but the “oven” door opens like a regular door instead of opening down. Overall it’s fine but not worth the price and probably won’t last that long.

Do not buy this brand - poor quality and service

I purchased this brand’s Cyprus kitchen. The company shipped the kitchen with a broken part that they had attempted to repair. It was covered in wood glue and not functional. However, after reaching out to both the brand and Maisonette for a new part or a refund, they have gone silent. Devastated about this since the kitchen was so pricey, and now our son doesn’t have the toy.

Great value, modern good looking play kitchen

This is a great dupe for the much pricier Pottery Barn play kitchens. Ive had the pleasure of owning both a PB kitchen and this one, and the price, value and looks of this set cant be beat. The biggest difference in quality between this and PB are the metal details like the faucet, cabinet handles etc that are made out of plastic on this set vs real metal on the PB sets. Additionally this set needs complete assembly which took me about 1.5-2 hours while the PB sets arrive more fully assembled. Latch closures are plastic and not as hardy on this vs magnetic on the PB sets, and MDF is also slightly lower quality. Not disappointed but probably wouldn't buy again

Very cute looking play kitchen that took hours and two people to assemble. I can get over that, as long as the end product is awesome. This one is pretty good but some of the doors to not latch properly. I'm not even sure why latches are needed because the cabinet doors do not unintentionally swing open. It would be great if there were shelves on the oven and sink cabinet side. As it is, both are very tall cabinets. Poor Quality

Warning: DO NOT BUY THIS KITCHEN. We bought this kitchen for our toddler, because it matched her room and she loves helping Mommy in the kitchen. However, when trying to assemble it, we noticed quite a few faulty pieces of the product. I've built a lot of furniture over the years and the quality of the screws has to be some of the worst I've seen. They were incredibly soft and stripped/flaked off at the slightest amount of pressure. In addition, 2 key pieces were missing the required pre-drilled holes. With one of the pieces my husband helped me drill through the product to create the holes. Messy, time consuming and not as well-placed as they should be. When I emailed, they said Teamson refused to refund me, but instead offered to resend new versions of the faulty pieces "if they had them in stock." Which would require disassembling and reassembling the whole piece! Maisonette refused to take any sort of responsibility or help more directly. BUYER BEWARE.

[Rewarded Review] Now She’s Cooking!

First and foremost let me tell you that my 4 year old loves to cook; now she has a kitchen of her own. I am blown away with the Chelsea Modern Play Kitchen! This life like kitchen set has everything a kid could want. This was well thought out and includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink and even cupboard space. Assembly of the entire set took me about 45 minutes and the materials used to manufacture it seem to be quality, the kitchen set is made with MDF and plastic materials it also includes all of the fasteners need to assemble it. The included directions were very easy to read and follow. After putting the kitchen set together we placed it in the corner of our family room. The set is just the right size for my little one. The stove has knobs that can be turned and when doing so, those knobs make a clicking sound. The two burner stove top is just the right size to allow us to place a pan and start cooking. One of the really nice things about this set is the sink! It is a removable plastic sink which was awesome because sometimes you just need to clean out the mess that they really make in it?
