These stunning demi cups are marvelous for entertaining, for high teas, or just to have a treat to yourself. They're about half the size of a typical high tea teacup so you could even use them for a preteen child's high tea party. I love the detailing in the plates, the blue bird add that unique and beautiful finish which is so often the case with Maxwell and Williams tea sets. The pattern in the mugs is gorgeous, I had been hesitant on what seemed like a basic pattern, though seeing them in person I am in love! I hope my review helps others to give these gorgeous little tea cups a go.

Ugly cups but perfect. When life is crappy and you just want a cuppa to brighten your day these ugly cups are sure to make you feel more beautiful with every mouthful. They are small enough to be mistaken for a child's tea cup set but ugly enough to definitely be an adult set.
Really cute gift boxed set. The two demi cups are little as the the description outlines but they are perfect size for an expresso or babychino. Match perfectly with the rest of the set.
It is not easy to know the exact size of cups with discretion on the website. They seem children's kitchen sets.
