These earbuds are very easy to pair with your device. My computer instantly detected them and I was able to pair with no issue. The sound quality was very good from my end and others reported that they could hear me well. I had an incident occur where one of the earbuds fell out of my ear and when I went to inset it back in, I touched them somewhere that muted my audio and I could not get it unmuted. My advice is to review the manual prior to using to make sure you understand the different functions so you do not have issues. The silicone bud that came installed on the earbuds fit my ear well when I first tried it on but they kept popping out of my ear. Wow I am so impressed with these Technics true wireless earbuds! They are awesome! They came to me charged ready to try out and when they were ready to be charged up it took about three hours to fully charge. The app was quick and easy to download on the App Store from the QR code in the quick start instruction booklet or just look up Technics Audio Connect. Once I found the right sized ear pieces, which is easily switched out and inserted them into my ears, then I connected easily and seamlessly via Bluetooth to my Apple iPhone and the sound is superb. The earbuds are compact and come with four different sized pair of ear pieces to choose from in small, extra small, medium or large, to fit a wide array of different sized ears. They are very comfortable to wear. ...Ā MoreWow I am so impressed with these Technics true wireless earbuds! They are awesome! There are two modes with these earbuds, hearing everything going on around you or drown it all out. The quick start guide does not have very much writing only picture guides to follow but itās pretty easy to understand. You can listen to clear calls which is perfect for the busy lifestyle and also these earbuds have awesome long lasting battery life! I have used several different brands of Earbuds and these are by far the best I have tried. I am Very happy also with the look of these, as they do have the look of high quality. They come with the recharging cord usbc to usb end without the box that plugs into the outlet. Very nice earbuds!

The Technics Earbuds, True Wireless, Silver, EAHAZ40S are a great sounding, easy to set up and easy to control set of ear buds that are good value for their price point. They are small and lightweight, and the case is the lightest and smallest I've seen - great for tucking in your pocket. Upon opening the package and lifting the lid on the case the earbuds instantly went into pairing mode with my phone, and in one touch I was connected. They come with a set of earpieces on, and 3 back-up, alternate ear pieces for different size ears. The ones that came installed were the right fit for me, but the overall unit is a strange and somewhat uncomfortable fit. It might just be my ear shape, because they feel like they could fall out, as they're just a little tucked inside the ear concha, but they actually stay in place pretty well. The sound quality is excellent though, with solid bass and plenty of volume. I have not tried them for phone calls. I would recommend these earbuds to a friend, especially if you have the opportunity to try them on in advance of purchasing them to make sure they are comfortable for you.
In brief: my husband and I really like these earbuds for the sound qualityā¦..but not when they are in Ambient mode.Initial Setup: The app prompted me to download a firmware update, which I did. The rest of setup was intuitive, and the app walks you through the steps. Bonus points for ease of use!Sound quality: the sound quality overall is great, with different sound enhancement options (Treble+, Dynamic, a Customized option etc). The differences are minor, but it is nice to have these options. The Ambient mode allows you to better hear sounds around you ā which can be a safety feature if running along a road, walking alone, etc. There is a bit of background noise in Ambient mode that sounds like rushing water. The Ambient mode allows you to better hear sounds around you ā which can be a safety feature if running along a road, walking alone, etc. There is a bit of background noise in Ambient mode that sounds like rushing water. I found this hardly noticeable at lower volumes, but more noticeable when listening to certain songs at a higher volume. It bothered my husband at both volume levels, so I think he would likely choose not to use the Ambient mode at all. Also, when compared to another pair of wireless earbuds I own: I didnāt notice as much of a difference between how well I could hear surrounding sounds in Ambient vs. Regular Mode.I really like how compact the case is, and the fact that it has a snazzy silver finish that matches the ear buds. However, I donāt like how tight the charging cord fits in the back. I feel like Iām going to break something when I pull the cord out, which is somewhat worrisome. So far so good though! I did swap out the regular size earpieces for the smaller size, and the earbuds come with four different sizes of earpieces.Overall: great purchase for sound quality, but if you plan to primarily use Ambient mode, you might want to choose a different brand of ear buds.
These Technics true wireless earbuds are flipping amazing! I have had a few pairs of earbuds throughout the years this is the first pair that sounds this good. It actually sounds like Iām at a concert. When they arrived, I began using them almost immediately. Upon opening them up the battery charge was at 85% and I was listening to my music within 1 minute. I am impressed that it includes 4 different sizes of earbud tips for different size ears openings, from extra small to extra large, they arrived with medium already on. I switched the ones installed to the small ones. I then placed them in my ears and found them on my phoneās Bluetooth setting labeled as LE-EAH-AZ40. Once I was in the app I was able to rename them to my liking. The app has many different settings that are useful. I especially like that you can find them using, āfind my budsā, if you happen to misplace them. They have a battery life of up to 7 hours while using noise cancelling, with a total charge up to 24 hours from the compact charging case. Also, using them to take phone calls is easy as well, just by a slight tap, and voices are crystal clear. In my opinion, these earbuds are top of the line and I definitely recommend them.
After receiving my Technics earbuds in put them to charge them fully. After a short time they were charged and I began trying the different size ear pads. One was easy to fit find a comfortable fit but my other ear not so much lol. The ear buds for the 40 series comes in sizes , they start at XS, then to Sm, then lastly to LG. This particular series does not have the Med size which Iām thinking would have been a better fit but not having it I can only guess .I used a Sm one and a XS . Pairing with Bluetooth was extremely easy after getting the free app. On your phone app you can make adjustments for your earbuds like adjusting the bass, tremble etc. also thereās a setting to have always on or different times like shut off in 5 mins etc. The sound quality is great, ...Ā MoreAfter receiving my Technics earbuds in put them to charge them fully. U did try them as I was mowing my lawn and although I could hear my music I heard more of my lawn tractor noise and I understand lawn tractors are quite loud so you canāt block out all the surrounding noise but I thought maybe a bit better . But overall these earbuds are of quality and you should be happy with your choice . They also come in 3 color choices as well, Black, Silver as mine are , and rose color . They also come with their charging cord and case.
I must be honest with my initial thoughts about these Technics Earbuds. I didnāt think that they would sounds like anything that I would get excited about. I remember Technics from way back in the 1980ās and they were okay back then but if I had extra cash to spend I would have went for something a bit more expensive. Well, today, after trying out these Technics Earbuds, I am very surprised at how good they sound! These earbuds are very comparable to the very big companies selling very expensive earbuds! Maybe the carrying case could have also doubled as a external battery charger so that I could also charge up my cell phone with this case. Thatās really not a complaint because I like that the carrying case is small, light weight with a nice shape to fit easily into my pocket. Also, there is an app for the earbuds that you can adjust the volume and equalizer sounds. Oh yeah, with the earbuds in you ears, somehow the sounds are lowered a bit when you start talking so that yo can hear yourself speak!!! Iāve never had an earbud do that! These Technic Earbuds will blow you away!
I bought this product for sale (for original price it has too many competitors) and here is what I think about it:Pros:1. Pleasant overall sound.2. Excellent mic.3. Excellent ambient sound feature.4. Very good, realistic and musical midrange.5. Overall Comfort.6. Ok battery.7. Very comfortable talking experience.8. Lightweight.9. Above average wind noise reduction.Cons:1. Bass (especially sub) lacks depth, not suited for all genres.2. Treble is bit overemphasized approx 8-10khz range (by default).3. Not wide soundstage as I wished.4. No noise concealing (though no urgent need of it due to good noise isolation).Overall, this is very comfortable, easy to use earbuds. These are keepers. The more that I got into the manual, the more I liked them, I know, but who wants to do that? In the ear, they are very comfortable and light weight. Comes with the charing cradle and charging cord (usb-c / usb-a), no adapter though. It has a large touch control sensor which is both good and bad, see below. The sound quality was very good. I also made a phone call while walking along a busy street and the other end of the call had no problem hearing me. Battery life is advertised as to 7.5 hours in AAC mode, or 5.5 hours in SBC mode (not sure about what these different modes are). The published recharge time of the ear piece is 2.0 hours in the cradle, I know it doesnāt sound like much, but assuming this math works, a 15 minute cradle charge ...Ā MoreThese are keepers. The published recharge time of the ear piece is 2.0 hours in the cradle, I know it doesnāt sound like much, but assuming this math works, a 15 minute cradle charge should give it about a 1 hour charge, thatās pretty good. And with a 7.5 hour earpiece capacity, well, who can keep these things in their ears that long anyway at one shot. Also has a transparency mode and a total of 4 different sized silicone type earpieces. The touch tap controls can be edited using the Audio Connect app to change their functions.Soon after connecting to my iPhone using the Technics Audio Connect App, the firmware was updated to the latest version. And the update itself only took a minute or two, if that long. The App has many features that rivals iOS native software for the AirPods, including a Find Feature. If you donāt want to use the App to connect, it is easy to do a conventional pairing. It will even connect to an Apple Watch directly so you can listen to the tunes on the Apple Watch during your run and leave the iPhone behind at home. But I didnāt see a way to use the Audio Connect App directly on the Apple Watch, but thatās not too important anyway.Touch Control: I found that adjusting the ear piece while using the device can easily react as if I were trying to cause a ātap.ā It is not a physical button, more like a Capacitive Discharge (CD) sensor. And now you donāt know if it registered the movement as a single/double tap, or a hold tap. Change a song, or hang up on a call, just because I scratched my ear. This isnāt a deal breaker, just something to think about, or get use to.
