First tried one of these in California in the Seabird Hotel. Interested to see they actually had this. Tried it and was sold. When we returned we looked them up and saw Myer offered one. Bought it straight away and have love it since. My wife refreshes here dresses, I refresh shirts and I have even de-creased our heavy block-out curtains after they were washed. Really useful all round the home.

Excellent product. Not too heavy to handle. Delivers very good head of steam with no dripping so far. Far superior to my previous one. Even comes with over-door rack to place garment hanger on.

Steamers remove wrinkles and preserve fabric lustre / weave (no weight crushing the fabric). They also freshen garmets (deodorize). If you want pressed, crisp garments then this is NOT for you. I worked in fashion for years, heavy-duty steamers removed creases in any fabric without damage, but they took 15mins to heat. This is the closest handheld I've found that heats hot enough in under a min (finally practical for domestic use)! I use it on silk, wool, cotton, viscose and synthetic garments. It prevents pressure shine that comes from ironing. Watch your fingers, when you're in a rush.

Great time saver, no pleat attachment but all others are great. Extra cord length is amazing. Quick use, minimal water spills, instant results. Heats up so quick, lets you know which change in tone when water is empty. Easy to use buttons. Can get heavy after doing multiple items in a row. Water tank lasts about 3 -4 shirts or 1-2 pants depending on the materials. Great product. Would recommend. Can also be used for alternative steaming eg: cleaning.
I bought this to use horizontally. Has worked well on getting rid of creases on new cushion covers and sheets and covers on bed. Can spurt a bit of water but imagine all brands would. Be careful not to burn your other hand while using. Gets very hot as expected. I might have to get a steam glove. Water tank lasts a good while before needing filling. I would recommend this product.
Ok so I’m returning this. I wanted to keep it because I got it on special ($74) and was hoping this would make things easier but nope. It’s heavy and doesn’t seem to produce enough steam. A slightly crumpled shirt takes longer than it should with this steamer going up and down it just doesn’t make sense. Which makes me wonder why even complicate life— traditional iron and board is so much better.
I bought this little beauty to take away travelling, moreover for my everyday work delicate fabrics. It is amazing. No more worry about the temperature or the fabric scorching. Lightweight easy to use and great on suits too. So happy with this purchase.
This steamer is absolutely perfect to use for those clothes that are difficult to iron (pleats) or are too delicate to iron. It is simple to use and heats up quickly. It has a long cord which means you don't need to stand close to the outlet. The only difficulty is find a way and a place to hang your clothes to allow you to easily use it.
For a first time user the setting up and use of the Access Steam Plus Garment Steamer was very straight forward. I purchased the steam cleaner to remove musty smells from garments. Although it took two goes on some synthetic materials, the results on cotton were good with just one application. The unit is relatively light and easy to handle. It is well made and typical of Tefal it has a good design look. Recommended product.
Disappointed with the performance of this unit. I steamed a cotton shirt, a cotton dress and a linen top. The steamer removed some wrinkles but the garments still looked unpressed. The unit had a good long cable, good size water reservoir, however the shape and weight made it awkward to use.
