Tefal does not disappoint. This pan is beautiful in every way. The steel handle is my favorite part, comfortable to hold and shiny. The heat indicator shows you exactly when the pan is ready and it was easier to get the right juicy result I was looking for. And, best of all, it is truly non-stick so I imagine the coat will last much longer as I could clean it by just using a soft sponge. The weight is the only thing it could improve. It is not too heavy, but it is definitely not light.

As soon as my pan arrived at my door ... I had to try it !!!!!I am far from being a Master Chef and my sons grew up thinking that Charcoal one of the major food groups .It didn't matter what I used to fry the onions or saute the mushrooms.... everything would burn !!!I couldn't believe how wonderful the Tefal Sauté pan was. Cooked perfectly and evenly.And no burning !!!I am so happy with this product !!!!Maybe I can be a Master Chef !!

I got this few days ago and my first recipe was lamb stew.The heat is perfect, it seared the lamb evenly and quick as well without burning the onions and garlic. While simmering we could see that the heat is well distributed in the pan. I also used this pan for Stirfry veggies. On high heat crunchy veggies with no burning on the pan with minimal stirring.

Great size saute pan with lid. Have caramelised onions successfully and used it for eggs, sausages and browning meat.Excellent non stick properties. Love the red dot in the centre to let me know when the pot is hot and ready to use.Feels nice and sturdy.An excellent addition to my kitchen.

The first night, I cooked 2 beautiful pieces of scotch fillet, which turned out perfectly juicy & tender, yet I still got that all-important crust that hubby loves so much on his steak, because it heats up so evenly. I've also cooked pasta & rice in it, as well as a slow-cooked chili con carne, & it cooked all three beautifully. But my favourite so far, has been a quick split pea & bacon soup, which, would've easily fed 5-6 people, & in my old pot, needed to be watched carefully as it always stuck to the bottom, but no such problem in this pan. It's lightweight, which is important for me, having arthritic hands, but at the same time, it's really sturdy; it cooks evenly, holds the heat really well, stands up to sticky sauces, & most importantly, washes up beautifully, without needing to put it in the dishwasher. I cook a lot, but don't bake much, so I don't have many cake pans, & needed a 23cm cake-pan last weekend, so thanks to a little out-of-the-box thinking, this incredible pan came to the rescue! It was a tiny bit bigger than I needed, but the cake cooked perfectly, so we had a very happy birthday boy & 8 guests who were quite impressed by my gorgeous new pan. My daughter even made a sticky caramel sauce, in it, & it washed up beautifully. This pan just confirms my lifelong love affair with Tefal pans, & why it's the only brand I've ever bought since moving out on my own, almost 40 years ago.
I've used this pan for about 2 months almost daily and love it. The only thing I don't like is that the metal handle of the lid gets quite hot after a while simmering. This pan is built like a piece of artwork, beautiful to hold and use. It is nicely weighted, cooks evenly and will work on induction when I replace the gas cooktop.

The French made Tefal Unlimited line are excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them to home cooks. I use a gas stove and these products suit all cooktops. The first thing you will note is the solid or heavy base of this pan so it does take a little time to warm up but that provides a good even heat to your cooking. Finish is excellent. I have been using this as my everyday pan on a daily basis. It is a great piece to have for easy saute or even just for one pot meals - my kind of cooking. The lid has been very useful and very much appreciated as not all products come with lids. Heats up very quick and very easy to clean up. Overall I am very happy with this product.
Love this sauté pan. Size and quality of the pan is just what I wanted. Deep sides are great and use this pan more than our frypan. Well weighted without being heavy. Washes up very easily.
I’ve been wanting to get a sauté pan with a lid for a while but they’re often too large for me who only cooks for myself. Came across this online and thought it was perfect! It’s now my go-to pan for almost everything. Cooking as now been a lot easier and cleaner as the high walls mean no more accidental spillages when I’m doing stir frys! I’d only wish I bought this sooner!!
