So far i believe i will like this pillow. Though i may need to double up cotton pillow cases on it because i feel heat on my head and neck. I am a furnace when i sleep so others may not be as sensitive as i am. I love the foam’s texture/smushiness! I would love to be engulfed in this foam for the softness of it. I do have to wonder though…why it is not blue foam as shown in the listing’s images. It is white to off-white foam underneath the inner white netting/protector cover. I cannot determine myself if it is the same product promised because of the color difference…I will assume that it is, simply because i have no choice in the matter. It is a soft memory foam in there, so i hope it is the same.

I have ordered the same type of pillows in the past and was very satisfied and this time is no different. I did notice that these pillows are not as puffy and a little hard. After sleeping on it for 2 weeks they puff up nicely and become comfortably soft. The experience is a good night's sleep and I feel well rested in the morning. The only problem this time was getting rid of the gas-off odor in the pillows. I went to the Tempurpedic website to get information on how to get rid of the gas-off odor in the pillows, and the information was very helpful. I tried the methods, along with fabric freshener spray and it took a few weeks to get rid of the odor, then the pillows were great.

The cloud pillow is great, minus a stitching issue that started on the pillow cover. The warranty process was pretty easy to navigate and I am receiving replacements. As a side sleeper with bigger frame who tends to heat up at night this was an improvement over my standard faux down pillow. I will likely order a thicker pillow next time with cooling gel. This pillow is so much better than my last pillow. It has amazing support for both back and side sleeping - which I do both. The thickness alpws for prime comfort for both positions. The first night i used this pillow, my neck stiffness and soreness was gone. Ive been using this pillow now for about 6 weeks. The only small complaint I have is that my muscles are incredibly sensitive and my neck muscle stiffness returned, but my body is weird like that. Overall this is the best pillow I have ever had and the price is absolutely reasonable for what you are getting. Would definitely recommend.
I'm am a side and back sleeper and these pillows have just the perfect combination of softness and firmness to make either sleeping position very comfortable. I'm not sure if that would be the case for a side sleeper who had really wide shoulders - but they are just right for my 5'3" frame. With my old pillows I always felt the pressure of my head on the pillow - these pillows make my head feel like it is "floating", without any particular pressure points. I love the removable covers - they are thick, well made, and machine washable. Would definitely buy these again. If I could improve anything, I would make them just a little bit longer so they fit across my queen bed without leaving as much "open" space. Not many pillows (or pillow cases) come in queen size ... There was a very distinct chemical smell that was not gone after airing it out for 24 hours. I even washed the pillow protector it came with. It took about a solid week before the smell dissipated. OVERALL: Even with the initial smell and the price point, this has proven to be a great pillow that I enjoy sleeping on. I definitely don't regret this purchase.
For the past couple of years I have been having many issues with my neck, especially while trying to sleep. Only sleeping 1.5-2 hours at a time before being awoken by neck pain that turns into a bad headache, which then lasts most of the day..This pillow changed all of that. I sleep like a rotisserie chicken, turning every direction. Back, side, and stomach and this pillow gives me neck support and keeps my neck in alignment. I purchased it a week ago and this past week has been the best sleep I have had in several years. Deep, restful sleep. I'm grateful to you tempur-pedic. A life changing product. I have purchased 2 sets of these exact pillows. The first set was amazing, I absolutely love them. Purchased a second set for a second home and they are not the same and awful. They go completely flat when laying on them and give zero pillow support. I contacted customer support and they said there's nothing wrong with them since they are not visibly damaged and they will not warranty them. I very politely disagreed with them with an explanation and was told again they do not find any issues, will not replace them and it is a comfort preference. These pillows are too expensive for the risk of them being completely defective with no return or warranty option unless they have a visible tear or damage.
