I had high hopes for this pillow, described as a combination of tempur inside with feathers outside, forming a "luxury" pillow. In reality, it is extremely thin. Tempur tells me it can be "fluffed up". This is just wrong. The amount of tempur inside is minimal, and results in a very thin, totally unsupported, pillow that looks nothing like the highly fluffed up pillow in the pictures. Tempur were very unhelpful when I contacted them about this. It is difficult to test a pillow when it is not in a store near you. I will never buy again unless it is physically able to be tested (or very inexpensive).

There is nothing luxe about this pillow. It is the flattest pillow I have come across and now amount of fluffing can change that.I will definitely return it.
