I use the Tena pants when I go out but I was looking for a large super maxi pad which isn't too bulky, to use at home. I was really surprised at just how large these pads are. They are wonderfully absorbent and the shape provides full coverage. With the fixation pants, they are quite secure and stay in place. These would be excellent for someone who is perhaps bedridden or who has a carer. However, they are not what I wanted or expected, thus the four star rating. If they could be made in a smaller proportion, I would definitely prefer them over the bulkier pads.

Having started off being supplied TENA pads through the NHS, they then switched brands. It was supposed to be a like for like product. It so wasn't. It quickly became noticeable that the difference was extensive. l actually could smell myself and eventually my best friend came in and admitted you could. Then it got worse and I started to get very sore. I had had enough and started purchasing my own pads. l cannot live without the TENA pads. Period. They supersede all other products l have tried.

They are much larger than I thought at first, but fit nicely into maternity tights. The shape is very comfortable, gives full coverage and thanks to that it is not visible under clothing at all. Absorbency is the best, these are not only for leaks. Using public toilets when being pregnant and on plus size can be very uncomfortable. It gives security when out and about.

Large, comfortable pads that are long enough and hold liquid until you can get to the toilet. These pads have been extremely useful to me during a hospital stay where I was worried about enuresis and during recovery when all my muscles have turned to mush and everytime I stand my bladder releases.
My wife user's these pads, suffers from dementia and these pads have proven to be invaluable for this terrible illness and my sanity. I am her one and only full time carer.
They are just the right size for the tena sized nappies that i buy,They are strong, very absorbent,I also think that they are very good for the price as well and that is important now with everything so expensive .
Very comfortable, very absorbent pads. The only issue I find with them is they tend to ‘bunch’ between your thighs when you are lying in bed overnight. I am a very restless sleeper, and usually have to change my pad once during the night. Excellent during the day when I am moving about, use crutches or a mobility scooter.
I have been using these for a while now and I won't be using anything else. The pro skin part protects your skin and keeps you from getting rash . They do come up bulky when used whereas some smaller sizes are more discreet but I feel totally protected when I wear these. I use my own underwear rather than the fix pants but both work well.
