Excellent hybrid nappy… I wear one for work every day. I spend the morning in the office where I can access the toilet so I simply undo the Velcro, hold the nappy up behind me, use the loo and then pull it back through my legs and re-fasten it. It is very comfortable and discreet. In the afternoon I go on site and have no need to hunt down a toilet. The nappy holds a huge amount (I’ve done 5 large wettings without a leak) and is in a different league to a pull up. I wear a pair of cotton panties over the top and the nappy feels very secure. If you need a decent capacity nappy which also allows you the flexibility to use a toilet then this is for you.

Great absorbancy! Easy to put on. I was skeptical of the design but I REALLY like it! Easier to use and stays in place. Easy to refasten tabs.

Highly discreet pads that offer good protection for light to medium leakage however I would go for a full slip for anything more. It has taken a while to get used to the belt fixation and avoiding the Velcro digging into my skin. My main gripe is that the padding at the front is really low (vs slip) and not ideal for men.
Really great absorbency, best we've found. My son is blind, so a pull up version with this same absorbency and size would be so much appreciated, the tabs and strap can be confusing.
These have changed my life, now no longer need to take spare clothes with me as have capacity/design to cope with large amounts of urine loss. Vastly better than any of the pull up type pants I have tried. Work as well, for me, as Tena Slip but easier to put on. 51 year old man with neuro bladder and suprapubic catheter. I no longer have feeling of needing to "go" (and no muscle control) so if tubing gets blocked and it stops draining into bag then I leak a lot when I stand up. These are great but would like more elastic in belt.
An item which will fulfill all my needs whilst undergoing my stay in hospital. A product which will help with retain mys dignity because it does the job it says.
Easy to use. Easy to check pad when person is palliative and not wanting to keep pulling them around or turning to check pad. Just undo stickers. And then reseal if ok. my mother was sent home from hospital with very excoriated skin but using your pads and obviously regular changes and good skin care, meant that when she eventually died her skin was in good condition with no pressure sores. Bring only just over five stone this was a reflection on good nursing care by her family and great inco supplies.
The easy fit and adjust belt readily enables changing and toilet use,the absorbency of the pad is good, the pad itself is fairly discreet,I've used the make for twelve years now which probably speaks volumes
These slips are the best I've ever had. Easy to put on. And easy to do up. Never leak. I am very pleased with them and tena will always be my favorite. I can rely on them.
