Firstly let me just say that each person will need to try and make your own decision as to what works for your needs. That said I have tried all three variations of these pads and have to say I like them all. These are by far the most comfortable brand that I have found. Other brands that I have tried tended to be rough around the edges and rub in an uncomfortable way. These seem to be of a softer material and since I started useing them I have had very few issues with them digging in.The shape of the pad to me makes sence and works great with the particular style of briefs that I wear. The briefs that I perfer are by a company called obviously and have a pouch design. I am guessing they are only good for drips and dribbles and when I wear them I tend to be more careful to make sure I empty completely.

Tena is a very good product! I find them a little more expensive so I went to another cheaper name brand but with in 10min of putting them on I realized what a mistake I made!! I immediately went back to my Tena’s !What a relief that was ! My only complaint was that if you tend to void large amounts of at one time the outer covering may seep a little and may soil your clothes, but not very often all in all compared to other products. This is an extremely good product and I will always go back to Tena. My daughter says you get what you pay for!!

The product is very good. However, your marketing of the product is very poor. First you have 2 different descriptions of the product and possible 2 different products. I often spend time in Italy and first found the product in a pharmacy there. The pharmacist had very little knowledge of it although I found it on the shelves. She did not know about the absorbency variations and tried to order it with no luck. I found it at a discount store in Bologna. Second the numeral description of absorbancy if differetn in Italy and the US an the people in the US don't know the equivaxlcence. It mens you are confusing your worked and your potentioal customers.,

I have used your product for many years post prostate cancer surgery. I was very satisfied with the results of your pads but something changed in the quality and absorbency post pandemic. It is as if you recreated a product that lack the same ability to absorb as before. The result is frequent embarrasment. I continue to use the Tena Maximum Guard but I wish there was a product that was in between the Maximum Guard and the Super Absorbency which are really too thick. I hope you will work on it because you do have a great product and a necessary one for men like me.
I recently had an anal fistulotomy procedure. There is a several-month-long healing period, and I have had some drainage from the surgical site. The surgeon had suggested to me prior to the surgery that I should get some pads or adult diapers. I first used some feminine hygiene pads, but the coverage wasn't the best. I ordered the TENA Mens Max pads, and they are great! If I need more pads for any reason, these will be the ones I will use.

I generally use the Overnight pads 24x7, but on occasion use the Super Plus Heavy briefs. Especially when it will be a long day and not always able to change a pad. When I am travelling, the underwear makes for a more comfortable situation. My incontinence is usually a surge with little to no feeling of a need to get to the bathroom, or sometimes a gentle leakage that is not even noticed. I initially tried the Super Plus Heavy underwear in size Large, but found them to be just a little smaller than I need,, but the XL size feels a little larger than I would prefer. The underwear definitely absorbs a great amount of urine, but I need to change more frequently than I would like. Mostly due to the sagging of the underwear not as snug as I would like. Anyway, she was already using these at night - a variety of different brands, until we found a business that delivered them. But then they stopped carrying Tena - the ones that fit her the best. They started their own brand %26 it was terrible. Then after I guess no one liked their brand - they decided to drop delivery of incontinence panties. So we had to start over with finding a brand that fit - because Tena now has different varieties.
