Bought this product as substitute for level 3 pads, which were out of stock. Very disappointed with their performance and not a suitable alternative. They don't stick in position very well and crumple up & stick to themselves. They certainly don't provide me with security from leakage and I'll be glad to get a new supply of level 3 pads

I've been using Tena products since my prostatectomy 13 years ago and they have never let me down. I have been able to live a completely normal life without wondering where the bathroom is all the time ! Also a next day service from Tena Direct which gets my order to me usually within 24h right down on the north coast of Cornwall. Couldn't ask for more !

I use this product if i am going out for a longish period and need to feel secure. Delivery was swift and anonymous at a surprisingly competitive price. I chose the Level 2 product because it is far less bulky than Level 3 and yet provides far more security than other, thinner pads. In all, the Level 2 absorbent protectors are ideal for my case and I shall certainly be back for a further supply.

I have an enlarged prostate (BPH) and take medicine to relax my lower muscles. This means that when I really need to urinate it is possible to 'leak' before reaching a toilet. These Tenna Men Protectors are the perfect back-stop and cope amazingly in a very hygienic manner. I can live a normal life without fear, and the protectors are perfectly hidden. No embarrassing moments.
After my Prostatectomy, I was nominally incontinent and I used Tena Men of all levels untill my continency returned. This review is for Level 2 which is a larger and thicker pad that the very small back Tena pads I now wear during the day. These small black versions are great for the day, but I find them uncomfortable to sleep in, so one evening, I tried the Level 2 and find these far more comfortable. as they are larger and softer and are more absorbent for a larger quantity of urine, if there is an accident. Tena has helped me to regain my continency to an acceptable level, but I do advise Kegal excersizes as well as the pads to regain continency after surgery. I hope this helps other men in my situation.
The product is very good ; you need not ask repeatedly for a review as long as I continue to buy. I have suggested that , for level 2, you increase slightly the size and strength of the black plastic packing so that the soiled pad can be repacked and discarded in the black plastic pack. How frequently do you reconsider the shape and dimensions of the pad ?

I have been incontinent for 13 years after a radical prostatectomy. I have tried various brands over the years, mainly when travelling to reduce luggage bulk, but have never found any brand that comes close to Tena, for quality, comfort and reassurance. I also find their Tena Direct site easy to use, so a bulk order of 15 boxes is delivered discreetly to my door. Highly recommend.

Urine leakage after prostate surgery.Have used the common products on the market- T, D and M and found the wider shape of T better to catch all dribbles. The backing waterproof material produces less sweat with sport. All products are heavy to the feel after 80 to100ml of urine and need changing.D is less expensive than T which is less expensive than M. Prices do cycle and best $ has been CW.
