Tepe dental brushes help to clean between teeth where a toothbrush might miss. My wife and myself both use the blue ones as they suit us both. There are different sizes available. Very comfortable to use. We have tried various brands but find these the best. Also recommended by our dentists practice.

I have found these XyliMelts discs to be very helpful. I have a very dry mouth and palate due to medication and they are particularly beneficial at bedtime. I now do not have to keep having a drink during the night. They are also useful during the day especially if I have an appointment which takes up time. Thank you.

I have suffered with mouth ulcers for many years and have tried many things to try and cure them and also stop them happening.Stay with me,I have also been cursed with a dry mouth waking me up many times during a nights sleep which in turn means drinking a lot and also visiting the bathroom.I didnt even know Xylimelts or the like even existed before trying your mouth ulcer treatment.They are amazing, i can go hours sleeping without being woken up and needing a drink.a few times I have managed to go all night without a dry mouth waking me up.
Xylimelts are fantastic. After tongue cancer, stage 2, and neck cancer, stage 4, the radical radiotherapy I had was brutal and left me unable to produce saliva. After trying many different artificial saliva products, Xylimelts were the only ones that genuinely help.
I know some people sip water when they have a dry mouth during the night but I think it would wake you up, sitting up and wouldn't lubricate your mouth for long. Xylimelts gradually dissolve all night keeping your mouth moist. I have been using them for several years and feel that they keep your mouth healthy and keep bacteria at bay.
I have severe Sjogren's & am allergic to many chemicals, preservatives,SLS, Lavender oil etc, & no dry mouth products eased my dry mouth & throat at night for more than a few mins. I XyliMelt encourages saliva for most of the night! I possibly have diarrhea from the melts, but cope with that.
Until recently i was unaware of this type of product although suffering from a dry mouth at night for many years.Although it doesn't stop me snoring completely it certainly reduces it.One unfortunate side affect is that if I use a melt early morning my blood sugars (I am t2 diabetic) is higher than normal although not greatly.
Love all the products especially xylimelts and gel, as I suffer a lot of mouth problems like acid reflux burning my tongue and causing gum problems. Since I have been using these products my mouth and gum health has improved a lot also I suffer with dry mouth a lot and the gel is a God send for me.
