This is a great vitamin as it contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and especially plant nutrients. I take 2 at one time as this gives my system a great boost. Highly recommended.

L-methylfoate,not folic acid!

One important difference between this and other B-vit supplements is that this one contains the ACTIVE form of vitamin B9, which means that it can be better utilized by the system. Unfortunately, the original label in English clearly states this, but ignorant translators have simply put foolihappo which is folic acid and is not the same! - Folic acid is a synthetic vitamin found in fortified foods and almost all vitamin supplements – is considered harmful for people with MTHFR mutation. Unless you know you don't have this mutation, better to keep away from folic acid.
