I love how I can wear the shoes in any season, add wool socks for winter, and lighter socks for this warm weather. I wear these to work for 8 hours and my feet feel great. I also wear them casually because they're so cute. They do not feel bulky at all.

These are the perfect boots for those that love Altras but need a slighter narrower fit. They have a comfy wider toe box with more volume than most boots (but not too wide that your foot is sloppy), the heel holds well and the ankle material is soft, and it is also a low drop boot. Great traction too. The only downsides are that my toes still hit the top of the boot on steep descents (not as bad as in the altras though). This is a common problem for me so I'm used to it, but might become bothersome for some. Also the insoles feel a bit weird to me and didn't fit my foot right. But they are removable! Once replaced, no issues! Teva, please don't stop making these boots!

I've had these boots for two years now. I do daily trail walking/light hiking and they're great for that. Very comfortable and supportive, and they've held up well. My feet feel happy in them. However water has always leaked in from where the leather and mesh meet on the widest part of the boot. Also, if the mesh toe top gets wet it absorbs the water, it doesn't roll off. If it's cold out, I feel the cold water through the boot on my toes even if they don't get wet. I don't think it's due to age, they've always been this way. They could be a little wider at the widest point, IMO. I am 7.5, wide foot small heel, high arches. I got size 8 and can't wear them with thick socks. Any larger and they'd be too long in the toe. I got these before a trip to AZ, and they were perfect! I was struggling with plantar fasciitis, so I used custom insoles to add arch support. They required no break in and have excellent ankle support. The soles are more flexible than other hiking boots I have worn, which helped on the rocky and wet surfaces to really feel the terrain. From an aesthetic perspective, they are cute and not so bulky! I highly recommend!
These shoes were so comfortable at first because they are perfect for people with wide feet but they are not waterproof at all or made for cold weather! I've been wearing them a ton since I'm backpacking and they are definitely made for warm dry weather which I wish I knew before. They held up perfectly until about 40 degrees Fahrenheit though. I normally wear a size 5.5 and bought a 5.5 and a 6 and wish I went with the 5.5 after wearing the 6's for a month. On the bright side they are really good quality shoes.
From the first wear, I felt so comfortable wearing these. I understand they’re a little pricey but it worth every penny! I usually use these for work on the side of highways or walking trails with my Labrador dragging me around. Not once have my feet felt sore or hurt. Surprisingly they’re very light for a hiking shoe. They fit usual size. Best while wearing long socks.
I have many TEVA sandals (and love them all) but this is my first pair of TEVA shoes. I love TEVA and these shoes do not disappoint. They were comfortable from the minute I put them on. Even though they are true to size, I prefer to wear a size bigger. It gives me more flexibility when it comes to which socks I wear. I would without a doubt recommend these to my friends. They are light, non-slippery and easy to clean. I would wear them all thru the year (except for winter because winters are too cold in Quebec). Thank you to Altitude for the quick delivery!
I wore these boots all winter and love them. They have not leaked at all. I ride my bike or walk in them everyday. The toe box it wide enough for my forefoot. I have a bunion and these boots do not rub. I switched to a metatarsal insole which has been great since I walk so much. The laces can be annoying sometimes since they are actually too secure and not as easy to cinch. My sister-in-law tried mine on and then went out and bought a pair!
I really wanted to keep these. Wore them indoors one day and the balls of my feet felt unsupported.At first try, they DO fell very comfortable. But for me, $175.00 is a lot of money! I would not want to hike in these and find out later that I will be sore.If you don't care about price and want these as everyday running around shoes...that would be great! I almost kept them for that reason!...and then I was going to buy "balls of the feet cushions"...so I could keep them for hiking.But back to the $175.00 thing...too much money...Sorry!Suggestion...just add a little more cushion up front of the boot!
