Got two tubes of this from family friends as part of a baby shower gift and just bought another 5 tubes...its that good! I honestly think it's better than some of the competition. It works well on nappy rash and is gentle enough to be used every nappy change (unlike some others I've used). A little certainly goes a long way and the tubes fit perfectly into any nappy bag. It's not tested on animals and I do believe most, if not all, of the ingredients are natural too! Highly recommend this product!!!

Works better than most of the competition and a little goes a long way! The tube fits conveniently in any nappy bag and it's gentle enough to be used every nappy change (unlike some others I've used). My first natural nappy cream. It's good, but have now tried better and thicker ones which suit our need for a barrier cream.
I think this cream is definitely thick enough and provides a good barrier and heals rashes quickly.
As others have mentioned, this product isn’t as thick as other nappy creams. That said, my daughter is toilet trained so we are only using it on her bottom when perhaps she hasn’t wiped (or been wiped) properly at childcare and has some irritation, which means the thinner product is actually better for her in undies, not a nappy. I’ve also been using it as a spot zit treatment and find it has worked quite well!
I actually won’t buy any other brand now. My hubby just grabbed it quickly off the shelf one day and now it’s all I recommend. My baby boy has lots of rolls so this goes on his arm creases, neck creases, leg creases and of course, his bum. It seems to clear up any redness in just a day, has no smell and is easy to portion out being in the squeeze tube. Highly recommend!
I like that this cream isn't overly thick. Also felt it cleared up nappy rash quicker than other brands. Will definitely buy again.
Have used a wide range of their products but this did not deliver the way the others have. Took much longer to resolve the rash. I would suggest using this alongside a stronger (but perhaps toxin) product.
