Thayers Witch Hazel Blemish Pads 60 Count, 60 CT

I kept seeing these in Ulta but never bought them. I decided last week to actually buy them this time and im glad i did! These pads are great for oily acne prone skin. They have salicylic acid, witch hazel, tea tree oil, aloe vera, and lemon. They exfoliate well, give my skin a slightly brighter appearance, they help with oil and to keep my pores clear. It does sting ever so slightly and makes my face a tad tight feeling but moisturizer fixes that. It doesn't dry my skin out but i have very oily skin so people with dry might not like this. I use this in place of my usual toner and then put on my benzoyl peroxide treatment gel and my face is really clear! I will be buying these again.

In less than a week I can already see this product helping more than my precious toner. Not sure if it’s because it’s more drying than my other one or because of these ingredients. Either way, it’s working to clear up blemishes and clogged pores. My pores are already getting smaller. Be sure to follow up with moisturizer. Plus, the pre-soaked pads are super convenient. Will be buying this again!

Best Travel Product for Everyday Use!

I bought the Thayer's Witch Hazel Blemish Clearing Pads because at work, school, & traveling, my face would get so oily. These seriously help so much & I carry them everywhere with me! The best travel product to have on hand for anyone who breaks out easily or wants to refresh their face throughout their day.

I like these more than medical grade pads

Wow! I'm pleasantly surprised how much I like these. I use all medical grade skincare, but I bought these bc I liked the ingredients and how inexpensive they are. These pads were just going to be for my gym bag, but I was hooked as soon as I tried them and now they are a part of my daily routine. I use these right after washing my face and they make my pores feel so clean and tight but not dried out. Before these I was alternating between 2 different medical grade aha bha toner pads, but honestly these feel just as good for about 1/3 of the price. I'm already on my second jar.

Maybe a better alternative for regular witch hazel?

I tried this product because I'd ran out of my regular witch hazel pads and this is all they had in store. I swear by using witch hazel pads to exfoliate dead skin and was skeptic about this product because of the lemon but the ingredient list seems alright so I gave it a go. My honest opinion comparing this product to regular witch hazel is that I feel it's more preventative with acne and if you do have acne does a better job at clearing it up than regular witch hazel. Before I was only using witch hazel to exfoliate, not get rid of acne. This product definitely has an extra strength to it and will help treat existing acne while exfoliating. 4 stars because it is a bit harsh on the skin so long term may not be the best to use daily.

Really works!

I had a pimple surface two days ago. It had not come to a whitehead yet, so I could not use another product to draw the white out. I bought these. Used 2-3 times a day and now the pimple is flat! Lifesaver because I have a big event today. Now it can be easily covered with makeup, instead of looking like a huge mosquito bite. I have sensitive skin and did not dry me out, however, I just used on the spot & not whole face.

Thayers Blemish Pads

I've been using this Thayers blemish pads for months now because I feel like it exfoliates my skin and leaves it clean. I use it every night. There's a little bit of a tingle when I put it on. I like that it doesn't leave a residue. I have noticed a slight difference in my skin as my blemishes are not as bad as they use to be. It's a slow process but I will continue to use it.

Works amazingly, uncomfortable to put on though

It burns and turns my skin red as I put it on, but the redness and burning goes away after I use my facials cream. I like this way better than acne cream, and I’ve noticed a big difference. It’s even fading my dark spots! I do use one pad about three times since my problem area is on my jaw area, I just put the pad in a separate ziplock bag afterwards so as not to put bacteria back in the jar. I’ve worked up to using it twice a day. Girls (and boys), this is a game changer!!!

My skin always needs salicylic acid, idk why but I have a problem with closed comedomes like all over my face and body, I just use these on my face though. I'm halfway through my first jar and this stuff is amazing, I use it every night directly after cleansing and extracting and I just gently swipe it on, the pads are a little scratchy and it did tingle/burn a little during the first couple of uses but not anymore. I follow with rosewater, niacinamide and moisturizer, and my skin has never been clearer than it is right now. Some of my hyperpigmentation is beginning to fade as well, and I'm finding fewer blackheads and whiteheads on my face. Also it gently smells like freshly cut lemons, which is a huge plus imo. Paired with La Roche's toleraine moisturizer, my skin remains perfect all day or night, not oily yet not dry, and has a nice bit of glow. :)

exfoliating but sticky

I like it.... it cleans my face really well, & smells really good. They are also super filed with the solution so one pad can clean your whole face really well. It's super exfoliating...I see all the dirt that comes off from it. (yikes!) However it leaves my skin feeling sticky so I don't know if I should keep using it. Still having breakouts.
