Beatles classic album remixed by Giles Martin. Sounds better than ever!!!
My copy had some distortion in the right channel at various points on side 2, which was disappointing considering that's why I bought the remaster; side 2 is classic! I would describe the distortion as random areas of scratchiness that came and went suddenly. I will try to clean the LP and see what I can do with it.

Only because I have so many of. The Beatles vinyl albums. Most of them. I have at less 3 of the same albums. IN U.S.A. British Japanese versions.
It's a great collection and the remix is amazing. The packaging is much smaller than the previous White Album or Sgt Pepper set, but it looks amazing nonetheless. The bluray audio also sounds awesome.
A good new remix from the son Giles of the producer of the Beatles George Martin. The outtakes are also very interesting. I had heard some from bootlegs but these ones are very much better. A good purchase!
This Beatles Abbey Road Blu-Ray DVD DTS 5.1 surround sound is excellent for any home theaters that play DTS format. Different instruments and vocals all around you from the original multi-track tapes. It's a great experience.
Stacked with excellent alternative takes and surprises this is a classy package of the Beatles smoothest and most satisfying albums in ABBEY ROAD. Amongst the gems are John and Pauls first take of THE BALLAD OF JOHN AND YOKO , Pauls COME AND GET IT ( which he did all instruments and mixed in 20 minutes and gave to fledgling group BADFINGER) and instrumental version of SOMETHING which truly shows off the incredible string arrangement by George. Martin as well as Harrisons band demo of the classic that he. did playing all instruments.
