It should be known that this product doesn't actually contain collagen. Instead, this product relies on high strength vitamin C to support collagen production and keep skin looking healthy and plump. I was using powder collagen before trying this liquid collagen. I was a bit skeptical at first because liquid anything takes me back to those days of drinking icky Benadryl in the plastic cup. I was pleasantly surprised to find the taste of this is delicious.
