This lotion is so wonderful, I love how hydrating it feels and it soaks into the skin fast so you don’t feel greasy afterwards. I think that it’s better than other lotions because of this. The smells of not only the mango, but all of the lotions from The Body Shop are great. You really cannot go wrong with a The Body Shop scent. At first it might look too thin because it doesn’t look like any other lotion I’ve tried before but it hydrates so well. Since it soaks in and doesn’t leave your skin greasy feeling I use it all over. My boyfriend loves the scent and it makes me think of a tropical island.

I received the Lovery mango body butter in the mail to sample and give my honest review on it. It's the best body butter in the world! It does feel like butter but it's not greasy at all. It makes your skin feel so soft like silk. My husband had knee surgery done and he was using Aquaphor on his wound which wasn't helping at all. He started to use this and it healed his wound so fast! I put this on first thing in the mornings and then again at night after I shower. You can tell you still have it on your skin the next day because your skin is very soft and moisturized. Let me start out by saying, I love the body shop! Their scents are so good, perfectly formulated while sticking close to the natural scent. As a vegan, ethical, vegan and cruelty free brands are extremely important to me, and i’m so glad to see that body shop is proudly vegan. I enjoy knowing that what i’m using is nourishing for my skin while also being ethical for our environment. In my opinion, I prefer the body yogurts to the butters, I feel like they’re more of a lotion consistency, which I tend to like more. They apply smoothly and sink into the skin so well, and it leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated. I genuinely cannot recommend this brand enough 🤍🤍

Texture: thin, watery Moisturizing: 8/10 Smell: 7/10 - makes your skin soft -doesn’t leave your skin sticky - gives your skin a matte finish I’d recommend applying two layers in the winter. I think I’d prefer this in the summertime since it’s the texture is so light and thin. Sometimes I prefer my skin looking a bit glossy so sometimes I’ll layer it with a light whipped body butter or lotion. It smells like artificial mango, there’s something very unnatural about the smell compared to their other products, but someone has to be hugging distance to smell it on you- it doesn’t have the same affect as perfume.

Kind of obsessed tbh. It’s got a nice strawberry scent not like fresh strawberries but it’s still nice - not a cheap smell at all. I love that it’s like a body butter but not as heavy bc I’m in FL so it’s still perfect for humidity. I love mixing this with my KKW Opal Drip perfume also they pair so amazing together. I think it’s the strawberry + gourmand 👌👌💕💕✨✨ either way it’s perfect - it has a gel moisturizer feel to it. The smell does fade if you wear it alone if ur not into it…love 🥰🥰

The gel-like formula means that you aren’t left with a sticky residue on your skin, in fact the Yogurt sinks deep into your skin instantly but does leave your skin feeling incredible for over 24hrs, although the product gives 48hr moisturising, I repeat my moisturising every evening before bed. Unlike other creams and butter, your skin doesn’t feel that you have a layer on your skin that leaves you standing around waiting for it to sink in, it makes you refreshed and hydrated instantly. The body Yogurt also does not leave any staining on sheets which is ideal, if, like me, you use it before going to sleep. On to the smell.. Wow, what can I say, the mango scent is something that sticks with you for hours, even throughout the day I find my skin still has a slight fragrance, the Yogurt isn’t overpowering which is lovely, it means you can continue to feel fresh throughout the day especially in this hot sticky weather. During lockdown, these little pamper evenings are not just a treat, but a little pick me up. After having a bath or shower, it’s lovely to put on the Yogurt, sit down with a nice glass of wine and feel like a smooth dolphin in bed whilst binge-watching a show on Netflix.If you hate that greasy feeling when you are moisturising this product is most definitely for you, as the Yogurt sinks in practically instantly, it means you can get dressed straight away and not feel like you are all sticky and sweaty, especially with the heat we’ve had recently.Also, if like me, you’ve been caught in the sun during your lockdown walks, without realising you are catching a little sunburn, if you put the Yogurt in the fridge for a half-hour or so, this makes you feel a million dollars, as it sinks in practically instantly, your tingly sunburnt skin feels as good as new and cooled practically instantly.

I'm picky... but I like it!

I am very picky when it comes to moisturizer and body lotions because I have sensitive skin and sometimes breakout. However, I like the gel consistency of this body lotion rather than a thick, oily one. The smell is fantastic and stays in the skin for hours after applying. A little goes a long way in the skin and the body yogurt even adds a shine to my skin. I have been using this product for 4 days now and so far no breakouts. I highly recommend, especially for those who like fruity scents. I own the strawberry body butter and I prefer this scent. I wish they made this product in a vanilla or coconut scent to match my go-to perfumes!

My STAPLE BODY PRODUCT!!

I use this after every shower while my skin is still a little damp & it makes my skin feel amazing. I've been using it religiously for a few years now and I always buy it for gifts too. The scent is lovely, it's subtle but I can still smell it hours later. My fiancé always tells me my skin smells so good. I pair it with the shower cream in the same scent. It also compliments other body washes too though. I love the jelly consistency. I don't understand the poor reviews saying it's greasy or too powerful of a scent because I don't think that at all. It's smooth and bouncy just like jelly and it feels awesome going on the skin without any grease. I feel like my skin soaks it right up! It's also great after being in the sun. Nice consistency but very artificial scent

I wanted a strawberry-scented lotion or body butter that I could use after showering. I had previously tried this brand's strawberry body butter and liked the scent, but didn't like the consistency (too thick & hard to spread/apply). I had the opposite experience with this product: I liked the consistency, which is almost jelly-like for a lotion, but the scent is a no-go for me. It's not at all like the body butter's pleasant strawberry scent - this one is very artificial and I find it quite unpleasant. I will use up what I have but I won't be repurchasing this one. My search for a strawberry-scented lotion continues.

Only body moisturizer I'll use!

I have rather oily skin, but it still needs moisture after showering and the body yogurt line is the only lotion I've ever used that actually sinks into my skin and leaves it soft rather than just sitting on the surface and feeling greasy. It also smells amazing and the scent lasts for a while! It doesn't smell perfumey, it smells like whatever scent the lotion is (same with their body washes). You also get your money's worth because it's in a tub you can easily reach any last bit of it.
