Been buying this for a while now, and although it's undoubtedly much more expensive than supermarket stuff, the quality is excellent. The sheets are really strong so one is usually enough for most jobs, and it can even be wrung out and used again if mopping up a spillage. Try doing that with ordinary paper rolls and it just tears. It's worth every extra penny spent IMO.

We bought some of these rolls to try as we are keen to be more sustainable. As we had already been using a well known brand, when my husband put the cheeky panda kitchen roll out, I didn’t notice the difference! It was only when I looked and saw there was only one roll in the pack of two, that I realised. I’ll certainly be using this from now on - looks the same, feels the same and performs as well, but is a much more planet friendly option! Brilliant!

I love the eco credentials of this brand - Cheeky Panda?s ethics and values regarding the planet and producing environmentally friendly, sustainable products are to be admired. Even the packaging is paper or card. All their products work brilliantly so are effective as well as ethical. Bamboo kitchen roll which does what it needs to without killing any trees in the process. Paper wrapped in pairs and boxed so no plastic in sight. On subscription, so a slight discount and the interval is adjustable. Paper seems strong enough for most of what I am going to do with it.Would prefer the perforations to work slightly better, but that is a minor issue.
The bamboo kitchen roll is strong and does the necessary for spills etc in the kitchen. It's relatively expensive compared with competitors but certainly holds its own in any comparison, eg feels stronger than supermarket brands, thick rolls. My only real issue is the insistence on using EVRI who are absolutely hopeless as a courier delivery company! But that's not the kitchen roll's fault.
I like the Cheeky Panda kitchen towels very much. I bought them as a replacement of standard towels I was using. I wasn't sure what to expect from a bamboo kitchen towel, but there is no difference. The material and texture feel really nice and, what's more important, they absorb liquids well. Will definitely buy again!
Been buying this product for a few years now. It ticks several boxes for me on the environmental front - for the loo rolls, the cores and the packaging. It's really good quality stuff, strong, soft and white. Not some dodgy recycled grey!I buy 3 boxes of 48 every few months for a family of 4 as that's all I can find room to store. Bulk delivery cuts down on cost and the eco impact. I find it very good value that way.
Despite using different Panda products every day, I find these kitchen rolls infuriating. Fragile - e.g tearing in the middle of wrapping fresh herbs - and cloggy, fall apart into clumps when damp. That's no good when you're dealing with freshly washed veg, fruit or preparing meat. I reverted to the fiddly but eminently practical Ora ones and passed the Panda onto my neighbour. Hey, musicians are happy with free Panda paper towels.
Love these kitchen rolls - they have become a necessary part of our kitchen! They really are very strong and so are useful for all the usual things you would expect, but also for use as cleaning cloths. I always keep a roll in the bathroom for quick cleans; they are so hygienic - you can just discard them after use.
Yes it is a little more expensive, but it's worth the quality. A little goes a long way, it feels more substantial, and I use it less than the cheap stuff, as it does cost a bit more. And that makes it last a long time for us single dwellers.As a side note, any junk journallers reading, this has an amazing quality wrapper that stamps onto beautifully, takes ink and splatters well, and would make a great folio cover, whether sewn or just decorated. and the cardboard tube is great quality, and could be decorated and turned into tuck spots, little pouches, tiny notepads for pockets or embellishments, etc.
